Montero's POV
"As you know, my daughter was kidnapped just a few minutes ago and the plan is to get her back before she reaches any towns. Is that clear?"
"Yes sir." They all nodded in understanding, but Jacobson.
"Is that your plan?" He scoffed, sitting on the nearby chair.
"Do you have a better one?" I asked, leaning on the table with both my hands looking straight at him.
"No, but don't you have like something we can do? Not how you just vaguely saying this." I gritted my teeth, clenched my fingers slowly forming fists.
Conceal, conceal, conceal. Do not kill him, do not kill him, he is the father of my wife, I kept chanting in my head. Don't kill him. My hand was already going for my gun at this point. My daughter was missing, and if Jacobson kept pressing my buttons, he would soon follow the missing persons.
Seven saw I was beyond angry and he came next to me, and slowly pulled my arm away, placing it at a safe distance. I looked at him and shook his head.
"Did I say I was finished talking?" I turned back at Jacobson, slowing placing my hand in front of me.
"No but-"
"Then I suggest you keep your mouth shut," I interrupted. "Before one of us leaves in a body bag." I snarled, folded my arms waiting for him to say stupid.

Eawa's POV
Pain, I was in pain. More specifically, my head hurt. When I opened my eyes, I realised that I was in a the boot of the car, my hands and legs tied, and my mouth taped. Why was I here? Then I remembered. Alina. She knocked me out and pushed me into the boot. How could she? She betrayed us, the code, but most importantly, she betrayed me, her friend. Did I not mean anything to her, did the family not mean anything to her, the code?
The it suddenly dawned on me. Oh gosh. She kidnapped me. Am I gonna die, is she gonna sell me, will she send me to some mafia dude who may have had beef with my dad, Is she the mafia herself, does she have some unfinished revenge business with our family, better yet, Maria's sister? Wait, what if she's Maria's long lost sister and my dad the killer? Oh gosh, if that's it, I'm gonna die. She's definitely gonna kill me. She's gonna kill me, and my family is not gonna find me. She's probably dump me in a sewage and my mom is gonna mourn forever. Charlie will probably invade my room and Rumi will mess up with my makeup kit. Gosh why am I even thinking of that? I need to get out of here.
I start banging the door of the boot but it was useless. I felt the side of my hand being cut, a stinging burn followed, with thick liquid starting dripping on my face. It was pitch black and I couldn't see a thing. I then removed the cloth on my mouth so I could untie the string that was tying my hands. It wasn't even that strong. Within minutes, I had untied my hands and my feet.
I banged the boot door again, still, no avail. Luckily, I had a tracking clothes on. I activated my sneakers so they would get the exact location I was travelling on, hoping they'd find me soon. My vision started to blur again, my eyes involuntarily shutting, wondering how hard Alina hit me?

Montero's POV
"Sir, we have found Miss Eawa." Seven came running in with an I-pad in his hand. We were now gearing up, getting ready to move out with the mini leads that we had. Although the kids had tracked clothes, they were mostly effective if activated.
"Where?" I took it from him, looking for at the screen.
"She's heading towards the-"
"Dam." I finished off, whispering. Shit, She is gonna kill her.
"Let's move out." I yelled, throwing the I-pad back at Seven, taking two 9mm, placing them on my side holsters, taking a revolver, placing it on my chest holster leaving, leading the way, praying that baby Eawa waits for daddy.

Alina's POV
It's a good day to be alive. Now that I have that pretence girl, I have to contact my sister and ask for the next move. Before I could call her though, she beat me to it. I picked up on the second ring.
"Sister girl." I smiled.
"Tell me you have her." Her voice was plain and dangerous. It lingered hate in it too.
"Don't worry, I got the girl. Meet me by the dam in twenty minutes. I think she's being tracked. So father dearest will meet us there. Wear you best suit sister, the war has already began." I smirked.

Kalani's POV
Stoic.
That's what I was feeling. Numb. We were heading to the airport with our van being in the middle. Everyone was armed and I was really feeling uneasy about all of this. Something about us being apart just made all too worse. I needed to go back. I needed to go back for them.
"Stop the car." I blurted out.
"Pardon?" Felix looked at me, including the boys.
"I said, stop the car." I repeated in a more louder tone, demanding voice.
"I'm sorry ma'am, but I can't do that." I reached out for the gun that was under my chair, and before I pull it out, Enzo stopped me by grabbing my hand, preventing me from reaching it.
"The kids." He shook his head, trying to reason with me.
I looked at Placido and Charlie who both turned the twins towards the window and I looked at Enzo one more time, and he let go of my hand.
I took out the gun, cocked it and it and I pointed it at him, desperation filling my eyes.
"Please." I begged.
"I'm sorry ma'am. I swore with my life to protect this family, And that is what I intend to do. You are gonna have to shoot me if you planning on leaving this van. And when I say shoot, I mean kill." I swallowed hard. The thought of killing someone terrified me.
"Save him." I begged. "You are his personal bodyguard and when he goes out there, it's because of this family. You are his best défense and you know that. There is no family without him. He makes it a home. Save my family Felix." That was the first time i'd ever called out his name, tears threating to fill my eyes "I beg you, Please." I whispered the last part, slowly removing the gun away from his face.
"Mrs Montero, your husband-"
Bang, bang, bang...
I looked around startled.
"What the heck was that?" Enzo asked.
"We being attacked." Placido confirmed, his face holding nothing but fear and anxiety.

My lovies...
For starters, this is probably the most weirdest chapter I've ever written. It has a lot of POVs, and it's short. A lot is happening here and I feel like I'm about to write a chapter that will make my readers hate me. So I'm on and off with that. I think that's why this chapter was like this. I needed to update, but before the big action started. I apologize in advance if some of yall leave after the next chapter. That's if I decide to do what I was planning too.
Anyways, this unruly author hopes this finds you well, and she hopes that this is a readable chapter to say the least.
This author loves y'all.
