Montero's POV

We were going deeper and deeper in the forest with our hands up, except Kalani off course. She was tired from the walking though. That much I could tell, because she was sweating and her ears where red.

"Do you have a plan?" She asked me.

"I thought when you surrendered you had one." I looked at her, tilting my head, still with my hands up.

"Don't be sassy with me. I wasn't the one who loved making love with people with their hands up." She pushed me aside, passing me to walk near Seven. I double blinked. Gosh, that wasn't even true.

"So, is it true?" Eva asked. I don't know how she got here and when, but I knew exactly what she was talking about.

"No!" I replied annoyed. Goodness, Maria was a freaking virgin, I felt like yelling it out for everyone to know so we could just drop the topic. Well, at least, that's what she told me. I never laid with her, I respected her that much. She wanted to wait until we got married. But I don't think my brother even made it to the marriage bed. Funny, I chuckled, looking down, thinking how stupid it all was.

"And yet, you know exactly what I'm asking about before I could even finish the sentence." She also pushed me and passed. I shook my head, not even caring to explain to them anymore. I would explain to my wife when we were out of harm's way.

Johnathan came out of nowhere too. "Sooo, is it true mate?"

"I will kill you, John." I snarled. Johnathan hated being call John. It reminded him of his dead uncle who was a drunkard.

"Sorry mate, I just got carried away by the ladies." He chuckled.

"Yeah, keep getting carried away, they might have to carry your coffin as well." I smirked. He slightly moved away from me.

"So, what's the plan?" He changed the subject.

"We don't die." I bluntly replied.

"Well, it was good knowing you mate." He patted my back, going pass me too.

It's a good plan...I nodded to myself, a good plan, I repeated.

Enzo's POV

I am anxious. I don't know how my dad is going to react to us coming to them. He was going to be mad, that much I knew, but to what extent, I didn't know. In a way, that was what kind of scared me. Zydus was driving the car towards Eawa's GPS location, as currently, she was in Oakland forest, near the river.

That forest was said to be owned by Naviera Rudrov. A Greek woman who was rather odd, even by birth. She had golden long hair, olive skin, a small face with freckles too, and oddly blue eyes. It is said that she killed her whole family with one sharpen pencil just because her father refused to make a tree house for her. She then ran to these very woods, and have been living there since.

Well, I know the story because we were talking about forests with a couple of my friends, and this creepy one kind of popped in too.

"Scared?" Charlie asked.

"Yeah," I chuckled, trying to make it sound as normal as ever. Not about going to the bushes and finding Naviera, but scared of dad.

"Then you ready." He added.

"For what?" I looked at him.

"To lead off course." He sat back as if he achieved something, but I was confused as heck. So, I squinted my eyes, and tilted my head trying to understand what he was talking about.

"I heard it from a movie I watched before we got attacked." He explained. I looked at the other guys in the car, and they looked as confused as me, so I looked back at him.

"Never mind." He shook his head. "You will never understand." He looked at the window.

"Sir, we are five minutes out." Our driver spoke.

"Okay, lets start gearing up guys." They all nodded, doing as they were told.

"So, what do you think dad is going to say when he sees us?" Charlie asked.

"I don't know. I just hope he remembers all the times I was a good kid, and he doesn't kill me." And I was serious. I have only seen dad angry only a couple of times in my life, and in all those times, my mom kissed his anger away. Mainly because she was the cause of all that. And maybe that's why there is so many of us.

My dad never missed his shots, whether in bed, or on the field. But this was different. This wasn't family. It was the enemy. And I don't know how he is pacified after being made at the enemy.

"I think you should talk to mom to do her magic." He tried suppressing his laugh. I knew exactly knew what he was talking about.

"Just remember that you are with me on this." I reminded him, cocking my gun. "We are here." I informed them before our driver did. The Montero cars were parked outside the forest, with our guys dead, and some of which were wearing the familiar suits of the guys who came to our house.

"Mom," Charlie whispered, placing his hand on the window. The moment the cars stopped, we stepped out with our guns ready to shoot.

"Shoot anything, or anyone who doesn't belong to the Montero family, is that clear?" I commanded them.

"Yes sir!" The all replied, including Charlie.

"Remember, our main objective is too safe my sister, and get our parents back unharmed. Alpha One is allergic to bullets, so thread with caution, and Alpha Two is breathing for two, and we want it to remain that way. Alpha three is kinda timid, let her not pass out. She will expose your dirt in a heartbeat. And we all know she has the kind of dirt that would make the parents wanna end our lives, so keep her safe too, is that clear?" I kind of figured if we were doing this, might as well have code names. Well, for mom, dad and Eawa.

"Sir!"

"Let's move out. Xavier, Zander and Charlie, you go to the south side. Ryder, Zydus and I will go to the opposite direction to intercept them." I instructed them, "Be safe guys."

But truth be told, it was more of an instruction to Charlie. My dad would skin me alive if anything were to happen to him. Us being here is enough to land me in a lot of trouble, and I really can't add more to what I already have.

Charlie has to be safe. And that goes for me, Placido, and the twins too. They are our responsibility. Our training had come to this. For all those years, it was for this moment. To keep this family safe.

"We can do this." I muttered to myself as we left the cars and went further in the forest.

Humans,

I am back with yet another chapter. I wasn't in a good emotional state, therefore, I wasn't in my right state to think of anything that was good enough. I hope this chapter is good though. I was on and off with it. It is kinda short too, I apologize for that.

But I still love y'all dear readers.
