Well, three days didn't last long and Childe is already shaken up to the bone. He doesn't know why he's feeling nervous, but it certainly didn't help with his situation at the moment. He keeps repeating what his teacher had said to him three days ago, but he couldn't seem to focus. He was waiting at the Stone Gate, and there, he can clearly see the mansion or the winery that belongs to no other than Diluc himself.

He waited for you to arrive at the said spot. Today is the day that he's gonna come clean to your big brother about the whole stalking thing about that Fatui agent.

Childe took a deep breath as he composed himself, calming his nerve, as he tries to play it cool. Looking nervous in front of you would certainly make him look like an idiot.

He took a breath as he composed himself, calming down his nerves. He should be able to do this, but what if his hunch is right? what if you are related to Diluc? Childe is conflicted as to what to do if that hunch of his was real.

The sound of running water in the river accompanied Childe along with his silence. He patiently waits for your arrival. If you ever took him to the winery, then he's sure that you're really related to Diluc, and that would cause a conflict to his feelings towards you. Maybe falling for you was the real dangerous thing in his situation.

"Hey," Your voice called in which made him snapped out of his train of thoughts.

"Oh! Hey, (Y/N)-chan!" He greeted as he forced a cheerful smile.

You smiled at him, "You ready? My house is just up there-" You said as you pointed towards the winery.

He knew it. His hunch was right. You truly are related to Diluc. He mentally cursed at himself as he tried to compose his nerves together all again.

"Yep! ever since yesterday!"  He said with a cheerful tone, but he knew to himself that he was just lying about being enthusiastic about meeting your old brother. He was actually rather nervous and shaken up at the thought of talking to Diluc.

"Great! let's go!" And without a word. You took his hand and drag him towards the mansion.

Childe was taken by surprise when you grabbed his hand, almost intertwining with it. This just made his feelings towards you grow even more, but his head was telling him to stop because of the danger it brings. But his heart, his heart certainly craves for your love. As he was accompanied by his own thoughts, he didn't even realized that the two of arrived at the mansion in front of the door where Venti, Aether, Paimon, and this blue-haired man waited.

You let go of his hand immediately and looked at him.

Childe immediately missed the warmth of your hand.

"Big brother Keaya," You greeted with a smile.

Keaya smirked at Childe who holds a blank look as he stared at the eye-patched man in front of him.

'A cryo vision holder.' Childe thought.

"It's so nice to finally meet you, Tartaglia. You know (Y/N) would not shout her mouth about you," He said as he winked at Childe in which he was taken back by surprise. He expected this to turn out to be the tensest conversation, but what is this?

You instantly blush as you playfully punch the shoulder of your big brother, "Not true!" You whined with pink cheeks as Venti chuckled at the funny sight. You look back to Childe with a flush face, "That's not true, Childe! Don't believe him!" You said, raising your voice because of the embarrassment your brother has given to you.

Keaya chuckled as Childe watch the scene unfold in front of him. Clearly and also obviously that this man you call Keaya is not Diluc, of course, he remembers the very face of that redhead, he was just glad that it wasn't him.
