The birds were chirping outside your window as you move your face against your warm pillow, it was comfortable and it smells different as you remember. You faintly hear horses outside and a carriage that seemingly just arrived. You lazily opened your eyes as you try to regain your senses, it feels so warm and comfortable--

Wait-- it feels odd, as to what you thought.

Your eyes widened in surprise when you got a face-to-face closure with Childe. Your heartbeat has risen up as your face turns beet red. You didn't speak, but it somehow gave you butterflies in your stomach as you feel nervous yet somehow felt safe at the same time. There was a moment where you had stared at Childe's sleeping face, and you had to admit, he looked attractive as ever.

You shook your head quietly as you attempted to get out of the bed sheet and to finally get out of that room. You fully know that your big brother has left his way to Fontaine, and it would be easy for you to get out of his room without fearing the thought of getting caught. You took a deep breath and gently got out of the bed, looking back at Childe who seemed to narrow his brows, maybe feeling something empty cold beside him because to just had left his side. Quietly, you made your way towards the door and quietly opened it and got out.

You release a breath of sigh as you lean your back against the door, closing your eyes as you feel your cheeks burnt up. Last night brought some butterflies back in your stomach as you kept thinking of his words inside your head.

"Are you sick?"

Quickly, your eyes were shot wide when you head a unfamiliar female voice in front of you. You immediately had your guard up as you summoned your weapon. The woman laughed hysterically. This made you scowl at her.

"What do you want? How did you get in here? Who are you?" You asked, slightly raising your voice in the process as the woman took a sharp deep breath from laughing so hard.

"Easy there, little girl. Did you really forget who I am? Well, that's no shock- anyways, I am here because your dear old brother pleaded me to, I got inside of the mansion because Elzer had greeted me in your door step, and for your last question," She paused as she immediately grabbed your wrist and surprisingly pulled you in a hug. It had put you in surprise, "I'm your godmother, silly." She said as she giggled.

"My..." You paused as you broke the hug to take a good look at the woman. She was tall, taller than you surprisingly, she have this long raven black hair and a really pale face, her eyes were in a shade of gold and she was wearing a white black coat and underneath was fitted black turtle neck in which hugged her body, she also had her glasses up as a hairband to her bangs, and little strands of hair a sticking out. She look so young to be your godmother. Still, your narrowed your eyes on her, "Godmother? You look young, I don't remember you at all." You said as you didn't let go of your weapon.

She sigh, but with a smile, she grabbed something from her pocket lab coat and give it to you. It was a letter, you looked at her and she scoff, "Read it, for more proof that I am not just any stranger, dear." She said with a smirk.

"I'll let you be with those notes, I'm going to go downstairs and ask Adeline to make all of us some breakfast." She said as she walked downstairs without looking back at you.
