We attempted to make our way back up the outdoor steps to the patio table after a few more minutes of rolling around in the snow, fearing that our hot chocolate wouldn't be very hot if we left it any later. Myself sliding into my chair whilst Harry was delaying as much as possible, still kicking about the snow that was slowly melting back into the grass

"Harry please come and drink something. You're probably dehydrated" He didn't say a thing in response "Leave the snow for one bloody second and come and drink your hot chocolate" He pouted but dropped the snow anyway and trudged his way up the stairs and threw himself into the chair opposite me "Don't start having a hissy fit. We need to get ready to leave anyway"

"Are we going straight home?"

I watched him take a sip of his hot drink as he raised his eyebrows "Um no, I wanted to pop into the office. Hope that's okay?"

"Yes Sir. Whatever you say" He smiled into his cup and where he was trying to hold back a laugh, I was trying to hold back a moan

I smirked back at him "Some would say you're too compliant you know"

"You've never complained about it before"

A hand on the back of his neck brought him closer and into a kiss "Oh definitely not a complaint, more of an observation" was mumbled against his lips

"Well maybe you can observe that behaviour a little later on" he said as he leaned back into his chair

My head whipped up at his words and I continued to smile at him, winking as a promise of 'later' Harry blushing furiously even though he's the one who started this whole thing. We quickly downed our - now practically cold - hot chocolate and slowly made our way back inside after numerous kisses and cuddling into each other at every opportunity between the table and the house.

We realised, soon after arriving at the back patio doors, that the door was in fact locked (being an automatic security door) and we hadn't brought a key out with us so we had to trudge through the snow round to the front of the manor and use all our body weight to push the huge oak doors open.

After dropping all of our winter clothes in the hallway - too lazy to actually go into the cloakroom - we made our way into the kitchen to wash up our mugs and slowly began collecting our things up, ready to leave.

Towards the end of clearing things up I noticed Harry had begun to almost mope around, he'd stopped talking about pointless crap and had stopped trying to make me laugh making stupid faces. I finished what I was doing and looked over at him from where I was stood at the counter "Are you, okay baby?"

"Hmm" He then looked up at me like I'd broken him from his inner thoughts "Sorry. What did you say?"

"What's the matter, darling? What's going on with you?" He just shook his head and said nothing so I walked over to him and grabbed his face in my hands "C'mon. You can tell me"

"I'm just happy"

I laughed a bit and tried to make a joke "You look like you're about to cry"

"All happy tears" He leant forward and kissed me "Promise"

I kissed him again and smiled against his cheek "Why so happy?"

He laughed slightly and slapped my chest "You. Ya dickhead" I smiled when I heard his words, at least we were on the same page emotions wise "I've only been back to this house twice and amazing things have happened both times"

"You've been here more than twice" I quipped

He looked up and smiled before rolling his eyes "Well the last two times I haven't been a hormonal teenager... which I think we can both be thankful for"
