꧁ Yara ꧂
"Lisha, can we talk?" I asked her softly. She had just come home from school, looking tired. She sat down on her bed and turned towards me. "Talk about what? What's done is done, whether you like it or not." She was right.
"I know, I just wanted to say I overreacted. I should trust Jaden, he's treated you well and he seems like a good friend. I see he makes you happy, and I understand why you'd want to tell him. You guys are getting close after all." Alisha nodded. "Yeah, we did become close." She looked up and her eyes widened.
"Yara... I can see you," she said, her eyes fixed on me like I'd disappear. "Really? Oh my God, that's so cool!" I walked up closer to her to take her hands in mine, but then she looked disappointed. "Gone again?" I guessed. She nodded. I went back to where I stood before and she gasped "You're there again!" This time she came up to me and gave me a hug.
"Maybe it's the place? Maybe you can see me only at certain places, or when I stand close to something." I suggested. "Maybe... Let's check it out!"
We found out that Alisha could see me almost perfectly in the conservatory. To be more precise, next to the moon plant. Our happiness couldn't be measured. We were both smiling widely. "I'm never leaving this room now," Alisha exclaimed.
Neither of us knew we were being watched closely.

I couldn't turn back from what I saw. I was looking at both of them, both, that meant I was seeing a freaking ghost. I was definitely going insane.
Since Alihsa told me about her resurrected little friend, I had to check it out. She never seemed to be this crazy, so I followed her after school, and that's how I ended up here, looking through her huge plants, that were blocking the sight, right through her window. My Alisha was laughing and smiling widely while holding some girls' hands. The unknown girl looked like a hologram, flickering and a little bit see-through. It made me bloody jealous. No one could just touch my girl like that, she was mine.
I narrowed my eyes while looking at them and felt how my face looked at the other girl in disgust. I did believe now that she was actually a ghost, seeing her flickering and disappearing from time to time. That was good, it meant my girl didn't lie. It meant she trustsedme.
A new plan started forming in my mind and I smirked. Just you wait, my love, you're not ready for everything I can and will give you. I walked away.

"You know what I wonder," I told Yara. She hummed in questions. "Can you eat?" Yara's face looked up at me, her eyebrows raised. "Bestie, I'm a ghost. I'm kind of too dead to eat." Not satisfied, I tried again. "But you can hold things! I think we should try it out." I saw Yara thinking, but it was shortly before she answered. "Alright, Let's do it!"
We walked to the kitchen, where I put on the water boiler, and started rinsing of strawberries and heating chocolate. I was so busy, that when I turned around, Yara was looking at me, kind of guilty, with her mouth full. "Yara!" I exclaimed, "Couldn't you wait?" With her mouth still full, she answers "I hawen't eatem fow a monff!!" I sighed and give her a little slap on her head.
We ended up having a little picnic in the conservatory room, with the strawberries, whipped cream and earl grey tea. I think this was one of the best days of my life. With Yara, sitting here, finally having a friend at school and getting rid of the bullying, I could finally hope again.
