"You can open your eyes Mackenzie."
When the son of Hades had opened his eyes he was amazed of how beautiful she truly was. All her clothes were off, he couldn't take his eyes off of her even if he tried. He stared at her pale round breast, thinking to himself there was no better view. He notices below her right breast she had a small brown square shaped birthmark. As he continued to stare her down, his breath became heavier as if he had run a thousand miles to get to her. He began to undress himself and when he was finished he walked towards her slowly. He paid no attention to the tent or the red candles and essences that was lit. All he saw in that moment was her and her alone. He stood before her pressing his hand gently on the side of her belly while continuing to stare into her magnificent green eyes.
"I want you to make me yours," Hailey whispered.
Mackenzie nods his head and begins kissing her lips. He continued kissing her on the shoulders straight down to her hips. She closed her eyes while they enjoyed each other's company. Before they knew it the morrow came and the sun was up for more than an hour as they both laid next to each other wrapped up in their sheets. Her head rested on the side of his chest as he kept his arm resting gently on her back.
"Hails," he said, "that birthmark near your breast, don't you think it's odd that you have another one like it below the right side of your back.
"I've never liked it," she admitted "but over the years I've grown use to it."
"I love it," he said, before kissing her on her forehead.
"Good," she said with a laugh. "I like yours as well and we both know it's not the one on your arm I'm talking about."
He laughed as he heard her speak, "we shall never speak of it again."
"Tell me, how many were there before me?" she asked.
"I'm not answering that," he said firmly.
"Why not?" she asked. "You think I'll get jealous. I'm your wife, I think I won the competition."
"It's only been Lyra," he confessed, "and that was many years ago."
"I believe you," she said laughing.
"I'm afraid to ask you your number," he replied.
"Same as yours," she admitted. "I was a teen when Leon and I met. He was all I knew. There was once a time I cried to my father to have Leon be my husband."
"What changed your mind?" Mackenzie asked her.
"I never felt the love returned. It was always one way. With you I knew it was just your situation. Since you left Alenore I've never felt as if your love had disappeared."
"Since I was little I was chasing after Lyra, when we did get together it felt forced. It felt like she didn't want to be where I was. So when she left I swore I wouldn't bother trying to find love. As it happens, when we weren't looking we found it in each other."
"I'm glad Lyra broke your heart," said Hailey.
"Are you jealous of a fisherman's daughter?" Mackenzie laughed.
"Of course I am, everyone with eyes can see how beautiful she is. There is belief that girls in the villages are more beautiful than the ones in the city."
"Well the girls in the villages believe the opposite," he told her with a smile. "When you came along you only proved it." She kisses him on the lips slowly when she heard the comment.
"We haven't been married for long and you're already flattering me."
"I meant what I said," he told her.
"I know," she replied, before kissing him continuously.
