Lucifer sigh as he sat on his chair looking at the photo of him and y/n smiling happily. It's has been a week since the last time y/n talk to him and the last time she took a look of him she has been ignoring him for a week and it's been bothering Lucifer. Did he did something? Did he say something? Did he not spend much time with her? He couldn't think of a reason for her to suddenly ignore him for a week
Lucifer wanted to tell her to stop ignoring him but he couldn't because of his pride, he wanted nothing more than just cuddle her and hug her tightly but since she was ignoring him and wouldn't even look at him he can't do anything than stare at her from afar
She's been spending more time with his brother than him. Lucifer would catch them laughing together, cuddling eachother and just having quality time with his brother, believe it or not Lucifer grew more and more jealous seeing his lover spend more time on his brothers than himself
He wanted to snatch her away from his brothers and tell the whole devildom that y/n is his property and no one can steal her away from him knowing if they did, they are dead cold.
Lucifer isn't the type to let his pride down that easily so he bare with it, he did nothing than to do the same that she treated him even if it's been bothering him for a week almost, forgetting a very special day.
From all of the stress lucifer has been feeling he has been zoning out from time to time and being forgetful at time also, so the Lord decided to let him have a day off but Lucifer refuses to as he said "there's too much work that I need to be done with." But the Lord insisted and Lucifer was hesitant because it's the only way he couldn't think of y/n
but at the end he agree since the Lord keeps insisting and it's starting to get on his nerves so he agreed. He lied on his bed looking straight at the ceiling overthinking little things and not getting proper rest like he suppose to
He started to think about y/n and the way she ignores him "ah.. what did I do wrong..?" He whispered to himself sighing sadly as he sat up on his bed "annoying.." he was about to lie down again until he heard a knock on his door
He didn't wanted to be interrupted so he decided to ignore the knocking but it louder and louder and it seems the person behind his door isn't going to give up anytime soon so he stood up annoyed walking to the door holding on to the door handle "This better not be someone annoying.." he whisper softly opening the door to reveal someone he least expected,
Y/n. He look down at her with a smug look while she look up at him with a smile "Hello Luci!" She chirp happily "y/n.." Lucifer only whisper staring at her "so uhm.. happy birthday!" She awkwardly greeted him scratching the back of his neck looking at the side
"Huh?" Lucifer froze hearing her greet him happy birthday it took some time to progress what was happening until he remember his birthday was today he forgotten his very own Birthday because of all the street and problems that been going inside his mind "Luci..? Luciii...??? Lucifer!" Y/n shouted a little "h-huh..? Oh y/n." He snap back to reality looking at her with eyes that adore her
She smiled taking his hand "c'mon! Let's go!" Lucifer nodded following behind her as she drag him to somewhere. "We are here!" Y/n let go his hand looking at him with a huge smile Lucifer look at her confused and back infront of them was a two huge door inside was the ball room which he didn't expect her to take him
"Well...? Open the door!" Y/n push him a little with a huge smile Lucifer chuckled pushing the two huge doors "Happy birthday!" Everyone greeted with smiles as the two enter the room one by one demons and angels come infront just to greet a happy birthday to the demon of pride with presents on their hands giving it to him.
The party was nice according to lucifer's personal feelings but he wasn't the type to party wild like Asmo or mammon he prefer to spend quality time with his family alone just eating dinner but he was grateful for the party that surprises him
His mind started to wonder while looking at the crowed full of demons partying his mind and eyes wonder around until they landed on one specific person, y/n.
He smile slightly adoring her even more and without realizing he was walking towards her in the middle of the crowd and did the unexpected he kissed her passionately which y/n was cut off guard and so was the rest but they cheered after meanwhile Lucifer didn't cared if all of his guest saw, he didn't cared how much attention he caused, all he cared is feeling her lips in his
Lucifer might not that type to easily let his pride down or show any emotions/weakness or a affectionate demon but deep inside he appreciates the little things y/n and his brothers do for him.
