"Hello everyone! My name is [ name ], and this is my home~!" I took a few steps back away from the camera as I sat next to my boyfriend on the couch as the camera kept recording showing the both of us sitting in the couch "This is our home." I smiled as i hug my boyfriend and he hugs me back "I'm recording this so that in the future after this hous- no.. after our home is done and get married, well, we have something to watch" I said as I look at my boyfriend who looked back at me with a smile kissing my forehead and looking back at the camera "that's right. We'll make this house as our home and i promise that after all of this is done.. I'll ask your hand in marriage."

We then look at each other with a genuine smile as we shared a passionate kiss before the video ended.

"Cringe." I deleted the video on my phone after watching it, it made my stomach twist and I felt like vomiting after watching that "Promise huh? Fuck that." I turn off my phone as i angrily stared at my reflection to my phone "you're an asshole for believing in his stupid lies" I said to myself standing up and just tossing my phone on the other side of the couch that me and him used to cuddle together "I hate this house." I closed my eyes for a few seconds taking few deep breath

after a minute or so of doing it i slowly open my eyes and headed out of the house 'I need a break.' I thought closing the door behind me as i walk away from the house. Few minutes of walking i finally reach "should i get dunkin or Starbucks?
.. definitely dunkin." I said quietly to myself soon as I entered i was welcome by the smell of delicious donuts that made my mouth water a bit, I walked right up the counter and ordered "Hi, can i get an ice coffee and two donuts?" I politely said with a smile "Oh, [ name ]! You're back again, the usual huh? Well I'll get to it." The cashier/ my good friend, daniel said "thanks dan!" He gave me a nod as i wait for a few minutes for my order.

"Okay, here's your order an ice coffee and 2 donuts! That is on the house!" Daniel smiled at me "aw thanks daniel but i insist on paying, you might get in trouble or fired for that." I said in a concern voice "nah, it's alright, it's my treat for you.. beside you look quite upset when you entered here and oh, also because there aren't that many customers coming in since they prefer starbucks. So, i'm basically free to chat but you should probably go ahead and take a seat first, I'll join you in a bit." He said as he gave me a smile "thank you daniel, you're a good friend" I smiled back at him picking up my tray and went ahead and find a place to seat.

I seated near the huge class window since i got to see the outside and people walking 'you promise yet you left.' I look at my ice coffee when memories started rising one by one, I remembered how we always had coffee dates whenever we have the time. Few minutes passes and i already finish my donut and i was currently munching on my second one when daniel sat in front of me "Heyyy" he greeted as i wave at him since my mouth was full "So how's the donut?" He asked with a smile "hmmm.." I swallowed the donut that was inside my mouth "it was good." I gave him a thumbs up and drank some ice coffee "it's really good, did you make it?" I added

He smiled and nodded "so.. how's life been treating you? Did he... you know.." he look at me straight in the eyes "well, life has been treating me fine and well.. i don't know but whatever he is now.. i just hope he's happy." I said "How did he left again if you don't mind me asking..?" He asked

"hmmm.. well, alright. Let's start off the night before his disappearance.. we never had any fights or arguments that night.. we had a normal night, in fact we played video games, cuddled, watch a movie and even i taught him to cook but then when we went to sleep... around 2 in the morning i was woken up by a sound and notice he wasn't by my side so i got up and went outside our bedroom

I took a few steps down the stairs when i saw him he was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with a mock turtleneck, black pants with a black belt, and a black and blue gradient cape with white speckles and metallic gold trimming, black shoulder pads, and a white stole with metallic gold diamond-linked chains.. I never saw him wore it before and never saw it in his closet and that triggered me, I felt like something bad was gonna happen. I stayed quiet and after some time of standing in our living room he then went out from the back door and you know that our house is a bit isolated and the back of our house is literally a forest, right?" I explained as he nodded with full focus on my story

"Okay, continuing. I tiptoe down the stairs trying not to make a noise and trying not to get caught as i followed him quietly and at that point i was scared and confused 'cause he was heading straight to the forest, I was at the door having second thoughts of following him when he was already in the forest that's where I started running to him but he was not there, like he suddenly disappeared out of thin air, I thought by morning he'll be back but no he didn't then I found a note by the night stand and it said "I'm sorry but I had to do something important." Then there you go, he was never found."

By the time I finished the story i also had already finished my donut and ice coffee "Damn, that's tough.. I'm sorry to hear that [ name ]." He said as he look at me with concern "ah, don't worry about it. It was 2 years ago.. I've moved on." Lie.

"Beside I think love isn't really for me." I said with a chuckle as daniel looked at me with concern "oh, look at the time.. it's almost 7pm, I should better get going and you really should head back to work, thanks for the treat daniel." I stood up from my chair so as daniel as i gave him a hug and walked out of there.

7:28pm, I was in the middle of walking home when my eyes started getting watery "why.." i stop walking as i look up in the sky "why did you leave me?" I took a deep breath before continuing walking home 'honestly, I never moved on. I really wanna find you so bad so every night i would stay and wait on our backyard in front of the forest that you disappear off to hoping you'll return but not a slight sign of you returning.. I don't even know why i'm even hoping.'

I soon got home and went inside it was already 8:09, I did my usual night routine, took bath, brush my teeth, my hair, did my skincare and waited outside our backyard waiting. It was already 11:07pm and i was still waiting for something impossible 'I don't even know why I'm doing this even though I know you'll not coming back..' I thought as a tears stream down my cheeks "11:11 ... I wish i was with you again" and everything went dark.
