From the Battle of New York and (Y/N) arrival up to now, it has been about 8 and a half months all together. (Y/N) has completely cut herself off from even thinking of being allies with them, and vice versa. Things went back to their dull ways as she and Loki only had little tricks to pull on each of them to amuse them for the time they had whenever they were around. Other then that, the tower became a place of something they've already seen so many times already. The one thing that did surprise them both a bit was that there was apparently a terrorist named the Mandarin running around and doing all sorts of crazy shit, but this latest one caused Tony's face to be plastered all over the news stories. He looked angry, but promised to get revenge on him for something before saying his full address and driving off fast. Tony moved out to be with his new girlfriend in a bigger house, so it didn't really make them panic that much. It did make them turn off the TV right away from how bored they were.
"How about we go for a picnic?" (Y/N) suggested. Just from the desire to do anything that wasn't in the tower, he agreed and helped her pack some snacks to take. "Are we using my way or are we using your way, my dove?" Loki asked. She thought on it for a bit, using her way would get to a suitable spot way faster for them both, but she really doesn't know if the shadows would hurt him or not traveling through them. She then came up with an idea, walking over to one of the corners of the room. Her hands gestured towards the shadows to make them float towards her once again, letting her open a much smaller portal compared to last time she did this. This portal led to a perfect woodsy area with some sun, "Good?" "Perfect~" He kissed her cheek and walked through with the snacks, soon followed by her. They set up under a tree with a small blanket for them to sit on, "Let us enjoy the outside~"
The fun was soon cut short when Eris whispered something to the both of them, "People are coming. Stay on your guard, they're armed." They both got ready for anything, only to see three figures starting to walk up to them from the trees. As they walked closer, the figures became more detailed to tell that it was three guys in suits. Stopping about 5 feet from Loki and (Y/N), they started to talk. "You can put your weapons down, we simply want to talk to you both," one of them said. The two of them didn't listen of course, so the guy talked a bit more, "The famous Mandarin sent us to talk to you. He wants you both to join him in his efforts. He can give you both an army, do you accept?" Loki stepped up to them with one of his daggers in hand. He smiled, "I doubt an army of fragile humans will satisfice a god and goddess of our kind. We decline your offer, now go." "Then you chose death." All three of them start to raise their weapons, so Loki and (Y/N) get ready to attack right back. Yet, (Y/N) notices something wrong. "What?" She said quietly, but loud enough for Loki to hear. Her power wasn't working for some reason.
Everything went slowly as the first bullet was fired, her body was moving on it's own. She pushed Loki out of the way to get hit in the side with a bullet, "No!" She fell to the ground in pain with red slowly covering the ground and her shirt. He went up to hold her slightly, but the seeing the damage made him see red. With no time passing, it was like he was running on autopilot to brutally attack them with all of his might. Breaking their noses, arms, legs, cutting off multiple limbs, just everything he could to send the message back to never hurt his dove. Going back to her, he tried to heal her as fast as he could with her losing a lot of blood, "You're going to be fine, I promise that, my dove." All she could do is nod and try to calm her breathing.
A minute later, a helicopter landed near them. It was S.H.E.I.L.D agents, and with the sight of things they simply took them both in to fix everything. (Y/N) ended up passing out while they were transporting her, but she ended up fine and the bullet was soon removed. It turns out that with the special cuffs that she had on, they also put something in her forearm to track her down if she ever did escape. With that feature, it also disables her power so she can get anywhere else as fast as she can. This was explained to Loki as he demanded why her powers wasn't working in the first place, and having (Y/N) wake up in the middle of the explanation to hear that wasn't really stellar. She waited until they all left the room to leave only her and Loki alone, asking to borrow one of his daggers. He was confused, but then realizing what she wanted to do he objected heavily. After much arguing though, she got a hold of his dagger and started to cut her skin so deep that she could open it up with a little flap hanging off.
This was absolutely painful to watch and do, but it had to be done to remove the object. She quickly found the device and crushed it, having Loki quickly heal her before she passed out again. "I fucking...hate this place," She panted out with her head on his shoulder. "Finally, a person who share my thoughts," He responded back. After all that happened to them, they simply decided to sit back in their room to relax. That was short, since Thor began to knock on the door loudly.
"We're not here!" (Y/N) yelled to him and snuggled back into Loki's chest. Thor walked in anyway with a serious look on his face, very different from his usual expressions. We both felt that something serious was about to happen, "Brother...father has commanded you come back to Asgard this instant." Their eyes slightly widened. She got him back, and now the same person who took him from her is doing it again? Not again, not ever! "No.." (Y/N) said quietly. "No, you can't go. You did nothing wrong." "I have to, my dove. If I don't, there will be hell to deal with." He got up to start following Thor out the door, and (Y/N) followed suit as well. She blurted out, "I'm coming with you then!" Thor turned to her with his expression not changing.
"Of course you are, because he has asked for your presences there as well."
