The Fight

The party died down enough for Loki and (Y/N) to sneak out and try to see if they could talk to Thor. You see, (Y/N) thought that they were going to actually go to wherever he was being held, but really Loki was project some illusion to where he actually was. She couldn't blame him when she found out that the room was basically a pigsty, so they just went with his plan.

"Odin, I bid you take your place in the halls of Valhalla, where the brave shall live forever. Nor shall we mourn, but rejoice..." Loki joined in on the last part, "For those have died the glorious death." Thor turned around to see the both of them. He sat back down in silence, it was a heavy silence, "Hurts, doesn't it? Being lied to." (Y/N) hit his arm, but Loki went on with it. "Being told you're one thing, and then learning it's all a fiction," He subtly hinted at. Thor didn't respond to that, only picking up a rock right beside him and throwing it right at them. He clearly figured out it was a illusion, so it wasn't that surprising to the either of them. "You didn't really think we'd come and see you, did you? This place is disgusting." Another rock was thrown. "Does this mean you don't want our help?" (Y/N) joined in, "Look, we couldn't jeopardize our position with the Grandmaster. It took time, and a lot of...pleasing to win his trust. He's a lunatic, but he can be amenable."

Loki said, "What we're telling you is, you could join us at the Grandmaster's side. Perhaps, in time, an accident befalls the Grandmaster, and then..." Both (Y/N) and Loki pointed to him, then at each other, and finally pointing up. Only to have another rock thrown at them. Loki got serious, "You're not serious of going back, are you? Our sister destroyed your hammer like a piece of glass. She's stronger then all of us, stronger than you. You don't stand a chance." "You have to give us some kind of credit to not want to go back. It'll be suicide for us, she's probably all mighty already from how long she's been on Asgard already." "Do you understand what we're saying here?" He said nothing with a stare into their souls. Loki scoffed, "Fine. I guess I'll have to go it alone like I've always done." Alone? (Y/N) looked at him offended, "I guess I'm just a breeze blowing through your greasy hair then. Fucking asshole..."

"Would you say something?" He in fact did not say anything still. "Say something!" Loki demanded. A smile formed on Thor's face, "What would you like me to say? You faked your own death, you stole the throne, stripped Odin of his power, stranded him on Earth to die, releasing the Goddess of Death. And you, (Y/N), simply let it all happen and even encouraged it all to happen! Have I said enough or would you like me to go back further then the past two days?" Everyone was silence for a minute, some of them silently regretting while others was simply hurt by those words. "You know, we haven't seen this beloved champion he talks of, but I heard he is astonishingly savage. I've placed a large wager against you tomorrow. Don't let me down," Loki said. (Y/N) sighed, "And you also know that whatever does happen, use your head and be smart about what you're getting into. If he won't say it out loud, I will...be careful out there." The illusion disappeared and simply standing in their room like normal. "Go at it alone?!" (Y/N) started. "Dove-" "What the fuck am I? A pillow?!"

It was time for the fight. (Y/N) and Loki prepared to watch, dressing properly and walking to be meet with the Grandmaster's voice announcing said fight. They both picked up a drink, taking a small drink while he keep talking to the crowd, "Making his first appearance, though he looks quite promising, got a couple of tricks up his sleeve." One of the doors opened in the arena, "I'll say no more, see what you think. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you...Lord of Thunder." Thor walked out with his hair....short? The crowd booed at him as he slowly walked out, yelling all kinds of things at him. "Okay, this is it." He said. "Let's get ready to welcome this guy. Here he comes." Green smoke set off to fly through the audience, even some fireworks seemed to set off as well. The ground started to shake, everyone was anxious to see this apparent champion. "He is a creature. What can you say about him? Well, he's unique. There's none like him. I feel a special connection with him." He got closer and closer. "He's undefeated. He's the reigning...the defending...Ladies and gentlemen, I give you...Your Incredible.."

Out comes bursting through the door before it could even open, Hulk. Loki's smile quickly faded while (Y/N) was simply too chocked up with shock to even do anything. "He...He's here..." (Y/N) said to Loki softly. "I have to get off this planet..." He said, backing up. Though he was soon stopped by the Grandmaster, having to have (Y/N) grab his hand and pull him to the couch in front of the window. Hulk was...working the crowd? He wasn't captured or forced to do this, he wanted this. Thor looked up at them, screaming, "Hey! We know each other, he's a friend from work!" They could feel Grandmaster's confused gaze on them, and Loki simply cleared his throat while (Y/N) took another drink from her and Loki's glass. It seemed like Thor was talking to him, even pointed at the two and pointed them out to Hulk. It's like Loki shrunk feeling those eyes on him, and (Y/N) awkwardly waved a bit. The fighting finally started with Hulk jumping up trying to smash Thor, but having him dodge it with a simple roll.

After a few slams into the wall, and Hulk trying to throw his makeshift hammer at Thor, he took this chance and use his own hammer against him. Hitting him with it to throw him across the side of the arena, making the Grandmaster seem confused. Thor walked up to him, seeming like he was talking to him once again, but ending up being ragdolled against the ground before being thrown away. "Yes, that's how it feels!" Loki jumped up. (Y/N) laughed, "Let's hope he broke more then 7 of his ribs, then he'll know how it feels like, love!" Loki then looked over to the Grandmaster, "We are simply huge fans of the sport." He ended up laughing with them.

It looked like Thor was winning the fight, until it looked like Hulk have had enough of that. He went savage on Thor, jumping on top of Thor and smashing his fist into his face at a rapid speed. (Y/N) sensed something, something big happening within Thor. With one last punch by Hulk, he started to glow an electric blue and punched Hulk high up into the sky and back to the ground. While everyone was shocked or amazed, (Y/N) had a small smirk on her face and trying to cover it. "Now this is something I can use~," She thought to herself. Lightning flickered and flashed across Thor's body while his eyes were light blue, and the crowd started to cheer his name. This was it, the finale of the biggest fight in Sakaar history. They both got to their feet, and walked up to each other. Looking over at the Grandmaster, he didn't look that happy, holding his stick that had control over the disc in Thor's neck. As the fight was about to be finished, the Grandmaster used said stick to knock Thor to the ground his own way. With that, the Hulk did his finishing move.

The silence was loud in their room once walking back, but the anxiety wasn't calming down any time soon. Closing the door behind them, Loki immediately started the topic, "We have to get off this planet!" "No, we NEED to get off this planet!"
