and there he was.

sitting on the bathroom floor.

the bathroom tub now filling slowly.

the hot water drops into the tub with the plitter-plater sound.

george doesn't know what's going through his mind but he feels that this is necessary.

he never let me warm baths.

and that's why he always hated the cold.

hours on end the brunette would have to sit in the cold water with his clothes on.

that was his punishment.

and honestly, the worst part about it was that his legs and wrist stung.

every. single. time.

it's been almost a year since everything had happened, since he killed the man that brought him misery.

it actually took a while for words to even form out george's mouth. he was basically mute after the trial when they went to court.

sapnap was the one that had to take care of him now. the one that had to take care of the man the killed his best friend.

it was still hard to believe that dream abused the other. it was even harder to realize that dream probably deserved death.

so today was a big step for george, he was finally going to take a bath.

there were lots of rules and guidelines sapnap had to follow to keep george from getting triggered, one of the worst ones were loud noises.

rule 67: only socks are allowed to be worn in the house.

rule 32: glass plates must be stacked as quietly as possible and are almost never used. paper plates and cups always.

"how dare you!" dream shouted at the top of his lungs as he smashed the coffee table with a baseball bat.

you might be wondering...what the hell did george possibly do?

he took a nap, without asking.

"you ungrateful bitch—" another vase thrown. the third one this week.

the sound of the glass hitting the wood floor will forever be in george's mind.

he will never be able to escape the constant ringing in his head of glass shards, baseball bats, broken television screens.

even walking in the house with shoes.

some rules have changed since they originally made the list together months ago, for example;

rule 13: always ask for consent before you touch the other. that goes for platonic and romantic touches.

"dream please, i'm not in the mood right now" george pleaded as he was thrown on the bed by the other.

"well to bad because i am" he tied the other to the bed with hard rope.

"please dream, i beg you, later, please–" that earned george nothing but a slap to the face.

"you're going to take it and be good, or else...you know the consequences"
