george sat at his computer, talking to dream on discord. it was really late for him but he wished he couldn't spend all his time with the other.

it gets sad, when you realize you're all alone in some ways. when you realize that a key part of you is longing for attention.

friends of not; it killed george inside knowing that his best friends are on the other side of the sea.

but all he could do was wait, he just needed to wait until it was a good time to see dream.

recently they've gotten a little closer than friends, and they both like it. they like talking to each other in soft voices, whispering sweet praise.

"hey, i know that you're struggling and i really want to see you but, covid rules are so strict now and we can't risk being sick, but i want to know i haven't given up," dreams voice was soft as cotton and smooth like silk, all george could do was cry.

tears one by one started to fall down the brunette placed face, him having to cover up a gasp with his hand over his mouth, biting his sleeve to hold back the sobs.

dream heard him, he heard his cries. this is the first time george has got this vulnerable. he's always been so strong but he's cracking at the seems.

"george," dream said with an upset tone, his voice starting to crack as well, "you don't understand how much i want to see you, please don't cry, please george i love you and we can get through this, tell me what's going on,"

george sniffled wiping his face with his sweater, "i- im sorry for that, "his voice was little.

"don't apologize, i'm just worried for you," you could almost see dreams worried look through the computer even though there cameras weren't on.

"it's impossible to get you off my mind. i think about one hundred thoughts and you are ninety-nine. like i understand why we can't see each other but im just—"

"breaking inside? i know me too, but remember one day im coming to see you. may be in ten days or ten years, but i'll be there eventually. and everyday till that day i will still make sure i show my love to you," dream wiped a tear off his face, "look now you got me all sappy," he laughed.

george giggled, "i can't wait to see you,"

"me too george, me too,"
