( Sorry for the wait on the chapter, my depression has been hitting me harder than usual. Also, the writing process will be slower with this book because I'm going to be strengthening more descriptive writing than before since there will be more settings, so I will consult the video game and a play through on YouTube so I do not miss anything. Thank you all so much for understanding and I will see you in the chapters!)

" You want to go see a movie?" Dina asked as we passed through the graveyard.

" Maybe in a few hours. Theirs some things around the house I have to do."

I saw Dina's smile for a second as she opened the front door to Joel's house. " Never hurt to have some help."

" Dina-"

She interrupted. " I'm not leaving you alone."

Shutting the door behind me, Dina walks into the first floor's bathroom to get the cleaning suplies, working my way over into the livingroom on the right, staking the orange painted medium sized vase off on the first shelf then starting to take the World Visa books off of the third shelf of the bookcases along with an orange small elophant.

Dina came into the livingroom with an old fashon map- as Joel called it- the cleaning rags, and a few spray bottles with bleach water. " I'll start on the TV case."

" Ellie!" Riley's voice screamed in my head.

I jumped back in response, dropping the book in my hands.

An image of the younger me flashed with the rythmic stabs I had done to the infected that had tackled Riley.

" We have two options." Riley's voice repeated for a couple of secounds.

" I love you!" I sobbed.

" I know." Riley said, gritting her teath, taking hold of the guns end, putting it up to her forhead. " I'll see you soon."

The gunshot rang out in my head, blowing out my eardrums, the image of Riley lifeless body laying on the floor, blood poring out of her head.

I drew the gun to my head, gritting my teeth.

" ELLIE!" Dina screamed.

I opened my eyes to see her ontop of me, the sound of my gun slidding aginst the floor still going.

It took me a few secounds to get what had happened.

" Dina, I'm...I'm so sorry." Is the only thing I could process.

Dina stayed still, too shocked to move.

" I didn't mean to do that. I.... I had a flashback to when..."

I paused for a while, trying to think what could tell her. I couldn't tell her I was infected. I desided on " When I was in a hard situation. I did't mean to draw my gun, I swear."

Dina still wouldn't budge.

The front door flew open, Jesse and Tommy darting in.

" You two alright?" Tommy asked.

" We were kissing and she froze." I lied.

" I got her." Jesse said, slowly putting his hads around Dina's wast and helped Dina off of me.

While Jesse took care of Dina. Tommy picked up my gun and put it under his shirt, keeping his worried look.

" Is she going to be alright?"

Jesse continued to rub her back. " She does this sometimes. Somethin just set her off."

" Everything's fine Maria," Tommy radioed in. " Ellie fell on her gun."
