Part 4 || concert

Heeseung's POV

I just want to warn you that if you ever hurt her or let our fans hurt her, I won't be able to forgive you for that. He talks as if I need his approval to court her. I know that they're close, as close as I am with y/n but why is he so protective of her? Could he like y/n too...

<time skip>

It's the day before the concert and everything's prepared. We were so happy to hear that the tickets were sold out in a span of 6 minutes and 23 seconds after the announcement. I took a deep breathe preparing myself for tomorrow. Luckily I was able to get a backstage pass for y/n so we could see her when we need to change outfits. Just seeing her for a split second already gives me so much strength. Sunghoon and I got a bit awkward after it happened but of course we acted like nothing happened for the sake of the team, our friendship and y/n.

Heeseung: "here" I handed her the pass

Y/N: "a backstage pass?" She was confused at first so I had to explain

Heeseung: "it's a backstage pass for our concert dummy, I wanna make sure you're part of it and that you go. I wanna see you cheering us on especially me" I teasingly winked at her which she rolled her eyes

Y/N: "of course I'll cheer for you, and don't worry I'll be there. I promise" she held out her pinky and Heeseung locked it with hers sealing the promise with their thumb.

Heeseung: "then it's settled" before I was about to go I remember something "oh y/n!" She hummed back and turned to me "I have to tell you something very very important after the concert ok?"

Y/N: "can't you just tell me now?" I shook my head

Heeseung: "no it has to be after the concert" she looked at me weirdly but shrugged it off

Y/N: "bu- fine ok..." I chuckled and grabbed her hand pulling her to me

Heeseung: "just be patient ok?" I held the back of her head and hugged her. That's when I felt my heart start beating out of my chest. I pulled apart and waved bye to her "bye y/n! Be sure to bring gifts for me" I winked and ran off

Y/N's POV

Y/N: "you're so weird, as usual, but ok see ya Hee!" I whispered the middle part under my breathe and I waved goodbye and he did the same. I wonder what he wants to tell me? What's so important he couldn't tell me now? Will there even be a difference between telling me now and later? I'll find out anyway so might as well tell me now right? I sighed realizing that I'm becoming too curious. Heeseung's a very reasonable person, I'm sure there's a reason behind it. His weirdness for some reason always makes me smile. When I feel like giving up and just felt like falling apart Heeseung and Sunghoon seem to always be there for me. Enhypen of course is also there for me but I'm more comfortable with Heeseung and Sunghoon.

<time skip: concert>

A/N's POV

Enhypen were all backstage preparing for their performance. There was an hour before the concert started and the fans were already pushing through the doors and past the guards. Y/n, with the help of Heeseung, will be able to go through a different entrance so it'll be easier for her to attend the concert. Y/n was packing her stuff for the concert and also all the little gifts she's gonna give them as a congratulations gift. The boys were stressed as well as the staff. Everything was going smoothly but of course they just couldn't relax. I wonder where y/n is. Is she entering already? Both Sunghoon and Heeseung thought while being fixed by the makeup artist. Their thoughts weren't on the stage but if y/n will be on time or not.

Staff: "20 minutes everyone!" A staff shouted in the room making everyone work faster. Y/n checked the time and realized she was running late. Shit! She cursed under her breathe and shoved everything she can in her bag. It was raining but luckily the concert was indoors. She got in her car and started driving. 40mph, 70mph, 100mph... 150mph. She was going way over the speed limit but she promised Heeseung she'd be there. She wanted to be on time and wanted to fulfill her promise to cheer him on. I got to go faster! 180mph. She was almost going as fast as a race car. Ugh! She groaned flipping the switch of the swipers to clean the wind shield so she could see the road.

Staff: "ok everyone take your places! We're going to start!" Enhypen jumped out of their seats and ran out to stage waving to their fans. They felt overwhelmed by how much people there were. The feeling of wanting to burst out to cry and just thank the fans for supporting them was too much. They bent down and high fives some of the fans making the girls scream at the top of their lungs

Jay: "ENGENE!" Jay shouted into the mic echoing throughout the whole stadium. Heeseung looked for y/n right away. He turned his head to the people with backstage passes are. The girls who were there screamed of course and he waved at them but continued looking for y/n again right away. Where is she? He looked at the crowd worriedly. Sunghoon looked back at Heeseung and saw his facial expression. He wondered why his face was like that and he trailed his eyes to the direction of Heeseung's. Wait... where's y/n? He also wondered seeing the people in the backstage pass area.

They both looked at each other worriedly but they couldn't do anything about it since they were on stage. They took their places and started their first performance with Given-Taken.

Y/N's POV

I was driving fast which I normally don't do but I had to do it just this once. Ugh! Why does it have to keep on raining this hard?! I sped through the road until a giant truck from the opposite direction passed me and a wave of mud went onto my car. Shit! Now I can't see! I switched on my swiper and just as it turned to the first swipe. The first thing I saw was a tree. I stepped on the breaks making the car screech and turn to the side then followed a giant bang I felt in my whole body.
