Last night was brilliant and weird considering how close we got in the matter of a few hours. School's brilliant, I never thought I'd like it after what happened yesterday with Flash and Liz. But.. I made two new friends - fairly quickly - and I'm sure I have something with Peter, I just don't know for sure. Well.. until this happened...
I walked into school and met Peter and Ned. I noticed that they had stopped talking as soon as I got there, "Are.... you okay?" I asked them.
"Yes, we good," Ned answered.
"Peter.. has something to ask you.."
I turned to him, "What do you want to ask me?"
"Ummm... I want... do you think.. would you like to.. umm.. go on a.. date? With me?" he stuttered.
I tried not to cringe at his attempt and said, "Yeah why not, where will we go?!"
"I was thinking about a picnic, maybe?" he shyly said."Well, sure!" I smiled. "When is it gonna be?"
"Is tonight good?"
"Cool, I'll come to pick you up at your house!"
He nodded, I could sense his excitement.
After a long school day filled with boring lessons, boring teachers, exchanging random dirty looks, and loads of laughter, it finally came the time for me to get ready for my first date.
*this is what she's wearing*
*if you remember this scene in Spiderman: Far From Home, that's what Peter's wearing*
"Well hello?! You look hotter than today, bro!" I told him.
"I should say the same about you, milady." He hesitated.
"Eww.. oh no.. don't actually say that!" I laughed.
"Sorry," we started walking. "I'm not actually good at this stuff.."
"I can tell!" I teased.
*5 minutes later*
We arrived at this open field with the best lighting ever.
It looked like this:
and the picnic looked like this:
"This is amazing!" I laughed. "It's a bit like this thing I saw on TikTok, where the famous *add whoever you like* literally collaborated with *add whoever else you like*!"
"Who are they?" Peter asked with his mouth full.
"Firstly, don't talk with your mouth full, and secondly, WHO ARE THEY?!" I repeated, as I dramatically fainted. "Only the best influencers, like, EVER!"
"Cool?!" He answered, confused.
"Yeah, cool! Soz for waffling!" I sighed, as I took a grape.
" 'Soz for waffling' I've never heard of that before."
"It's British Slang, don't worry!" I laughed. But my laughter was cut short, I could sense that our fun was over. Peter could sense it too, but it seemed he already knew what was going on...
