Will watched helplessly as Bob tried everything he could to bring Jason back. The Doc had told him to hold Piper down. She was devestated. Will understood how she must be feeling, so he gently held her and whispered kind things.
Piper was frozen in place, staring at her dead fiancee. Will wanted to help her, but he knew that sometimes, you're the only one who can save yourself.
He sighed and moved to help Bob. He went into his Doc mode, not thinking about anything but the task at hand, and currently, it was saving Jason. Will quickly scanned the equipment and medicine, picking up a few to use.
After that.... what he did, how he did it, he couldn't explain. He was vaugly aware of the silence in room, nothing but the noice of metal equipment and machines beeping. Soon, the silence was replaced but Piper's sobs, Nico ordering his fiancee to save Jason, and calming words being whispered amongst the royals who had now gathered outside the room. Finally, there were gasps.
He felt like he was floating in complete black. He.....felt dead, almost. Yet somehow, he knew he wasn't.
Jason tried to open his eyes, but his muscles didn't respond. It was as though the part of him alive was his brain. He tried to recall what happened to him, why he was like this.
He saw an image of a girl pouring a purple liquid into a glass of wine. He saw her kaleidoscope eyes and felt his head sear with pain.
Jason winced, but watched, as the past few months of his life flashed before his eyes. When he first saw Piper, before the parade. When she had practically saved him from Drew's claws. Their first date. When Reyna broke their engagement, he remembered how much it had pained him. He remembered the pain in those beautiful eyes of Piper's when Selina had been killed. He remembered how much he hated it. He remembered the hot air balloon, where he proposed to her, and she accepted. Piper's happy and excited smile flashed before him, and Jason remembered just how much he loved the Princess.
He had to go back to her. To the family he'd found here at the Choosing. Everyone had been through a lot, and he didn't think his death would help matters. Jason had to go back. He had to wake up. For Percy. For Leo. For Annabeth. For Nico. For Will. For Frank. For the Stolls. For Hazel. For Calypso. For Katie. For Reyna. For Piper.
Sorry it's short 😭😭 But at least Jason finally woke up 🥺😭 Any suggestions about what should happen with Drew? (Yes I forgot about her too👀) Stay tuned !!!!! (Updates might get slow again sorry !!) ----------------------S&D
