"You sure you can stay to watch?" You asked your sick husband as you got your seats for the CMT awards.
He nods and smiles weakly. He didn't want to miss seeing his friends and performing. So he still was there despite not feeling well.
You sat with him and watched the show. Soon he got to win some awards and performed despite how bad he felt.
Soon though he was feeling even worse.
You held his hand and occasionally rubbed his stomach.
Once the show was over you walked Keith back to your car.
He was exhausted and the medicine he had taken before the show was starting to wear off.
So he was starting to feel achy and nauseous again.
Once you get home he rushes to the bathroom to throw up and you help him clean up once he finishes.
Then you help him upstairs to get ready for bed. You both shower and change into pajamas.
Then you give Keith more medicine and water. Then you both cuddle up together and fall asleep.
After a few days of rest and medicine. He felt much better.
