Seasick on Cruise Vacation

You frown as you sit next to Keith on the bed in your Disney Cruise stateroom.
He was feeling very sick and tired.

The girls were playing in the kid's area of the ship.
You were hoping to get some alone time with Keith at the adult area of the ship but because Keith was sick you couldn't.

He coughs and gags then he gets up and runs to the bathroom throwing up.
You quickly get up to help him.

You kneel down next to him and rub his back.

Once he finishes he sighs heavily and coughs then gets up and heads over to the sink and wash his face and hands.

You get up and leave the bathroom to sit back in bed to wait for Keith.
He comes out and joins you on the bed.

"I hate this" He whines

"I know bud I know I'm sorry." You say sadly as you pull him close to you. He whimpers and coughs.

Then he relaxes in your arms. You had already gotten some anti-nausea meds from the ship's doctor but the medicine never worked long enough.

When it did work Keith felt well enough to enjoy the activities for adults and was able to enjoy dinners at the many different restaurants on the ship. But when it wasn't working like it was now.
He had terrible nausea and couldn't keep anything down and couldn't stand up because he'd feel dizzy.

Keith coughs and moans. You frown as you kiss his head. You hoped the medicine would kick in soon.

Later that night at dinner

The girls are very happy as they eat their dinner talking about all the fun they were having on the cruise. You smile as you talk to them.

You were very happy that the girls were having such a great time.

Meanwhile, Keith was silent and had barely touched his food.

"Hey, Girls why don't you head to a store together and pick out something you want. Me and Daddy will catch up with you when we finish dinner ok?" You tell them.

The girls nod their heads in agreement before quickly getting up and rushing out of the restaurant and down the hall towards the shops. You sigh and finish up your dinner.

You look at Keith's plate that hasn't been touched at all.

"Are you sure you can't take one small bite?" You ask.
Keith nods and coughs and gags. You sigh. "Ok then let's go catch up with the girls." You say as you get up and start leaving the restaurant.Keith gets up and follows you out of the restaurant and down the hall to the girls' favorite store.
The princess store. you find them there with their new toys already picked out.

You pay for the girls' toys then you all head back to the stateroom.

Once you guys are back in the room the girls head over to their bunk beds to play with their toys.

While Keith gets into bed. You get into bed with him he looks very sick. He's very pale. "Do you want some medicine to see if it'll help?" you ask.

He nods and sighs. You get up and go to get him the medicine.

You come back over to the bed with two pills in one hand and a water bottle in the other.

Keith sits up in bed and you hand him the pills one is an anti-Nausea med the other is a pill to help with the stomach aches.

He takes the pills and swallows them then takes the water bottle and takes a few small sips of water.

Then he hands the water bottle back to you and you go to put it away. Then you get back into bed with him.

You stroke his hair and watch him fall asleep as the medicine takes effect. You smile happy Keith is finally getting the rest he deserves.

Keith had terrible seasickness the whole cruise but thanks to the medicine and your TLC he was still able to enjoy parts of the trip.
