Keith urban sick Imagines (WATTYS2019) Requests greatly appreciated

He's sick and he wants to work but you won't let him

"No Keith you are Not Going and That's Final!" You yell at him. "I'm fine!!!" He yells back only to start coughing once he finishes his sentence. It had all started a few days ago with a cold then it got worse. Then last night he started throwing up and coughing. When you had checked his temperature it was 102.7 and you knew he wouldn't be able to get anything done at the studio or rehearsal but he down right refused to stay home so you could take care of him and you both had been arguing all morning. "Babe I can't have you go to work like this your way to sick you have a fever of 102 and I can't let you go when your this bad" you tell him. As you head over and sit down next to him on the couch. You sigh as you reach your hand out and place it on his back. He coughs and sighs heavily. "I want to go to work" he mumbles "Not when your this sick remember last time when you were sick and you tried to work? I had to come get you because you had only lasted 2 hours in the studio and then you felt terrible because you had to leave" you say he coughs again and frowns "yeah your right but I don't want to get in trouble because I missed a day Sure I almost never take sick days but I'd rather not miss a day" he says
"I know but you need to rest up and besides you could lose your voice and we can't have you losing your voice" you say as you start to gently rub his back. He sighs and nods "I guess your right" he says weakly "I feel awful" he says.
"Let's get you back into bed and I'll get some medicine for you and then we can cuddle ok?" You say he nods and sighs heavily and smiles
The next few days were spent taking care of Keith
