"My girls! Here we are, Bally's Park Place in Atlantic City," I said to Yeji and Eugene when we headed to Bally's casino. "Heck yes! It seems like this is it! This is also our first step to the USA," Yeji said and gave me a high-five and another one to Eugene. I also handed 3 concert tickets to Yeji and Eugene and told them that Hồ Ngọc Hà, who was the Vietnamese version of Son Dambi and also Yeji's idol, would be performing in Atlantic City for the first time.
The concert that was held at the Bally's Grand Ballroom was The Melodies of the Stars and it didn't look like a hot mess. It included live performances of the popular singers in the Vietnamese music industry, and they were also hot. It was also a successful show although we heard a siren and knew what happened. Later, we felt relieved and continued enjoying the show. Finally, after the show ended, we took lots of pictures with our 3 most favorite singers, including Hồ Ngọc Hà, Tuấn Hưng, and Lệ Quyên.
"Chị Hà Hồ ơi, em cũng chỉ nói với chị một câu này thôi. Your live performance was so incredibly hot!" I said to Hà Hồ.
"Oppa! You just blew my mind because you're such a hottie!" Yeji said to Tuấn Hưng after he handed her his new CD with her signature on it.
"Ya, Lệ Quyên! You looked awesome on stage and you were also heartwarming." Eugene said to Lệ Quyên after taking a picture with her.
Our next concert we attended was the Independence Day Celebration on July 3rd, 2013. We thought it was a typical concert because it included live performances of Phùng Ngọc Huy and Dương Triệu Vũ, but it turned out to be exceptional after it came to an end. After that, Eugene took a picture of me and Phùng Ngọc Huy and then, I wrote my name on his sticky note in order to resolve his struggles of calling my name, Shin Hyesun. Luckily, he gave me an autograph on his DVD, as well as my signature with 0 mistakes. When Yeji took a picture with Dương Triệu Vũ, she felt like his looks reminded her of Kim Soohyun. They did exactly that!
After that, we went to the Noodle Village for dinner. It was at the main casino area and it was so completely delicious. I ate the chow fun while Yeji and Eugene both ate the kimchi. Then, we went to the front door to get some fresh air and watched our most favorite movie, Despicable Me 2, on my iPhone. When it was almost 4 am, we went back to our hotel room for bedtime. That was our best Memorial Day Weekend ever, as well as the best Independence Day ever.
