Meadow POV
The doctor hauled Sirocco onto a hospital bed. Thankfully, it wasn't hard for the doctor to move around Sirocco's limp body. She couldn't put up any fight either. The doctor ushered her away into a room and closed the door. I was instructed to wait in the waiting room, which was a small room with chairs. After a few hours, the doctor popped his head out the doorframe and waved for me to come in. Blood lined entire hoof.
Once I got into the room, Sirocco was awake thankfully. "Hello Meadow" she says. "I'm glad you're awake" I reply. A bandage is wrapped around her head, almost like a headband, but with red stains. "To run this down for you two, pretty much. Sirocco has 4 fractured ribs and some neurological damage" the doctor bleated. "But there's nothing I can really do about the ribs except give her some pain medication" he added as he handed me a pill bottle. "Just let her rest for a week and make sure she has these pills once a day" he says. "You guys can go whenever you're ready".
