I smiled as Nyx finished getting my heels on then he stood, offering me his hand so I could stand.

"Thank you, Nyx."

"Thank you for rewriting my future." He grinned and I smiled as I held his cheek, shaking my head.

"I don't want to think of a world where you don't exist." I smiled then he cleared his throat, offering me his arm to escort me to the car so we could go to the Caelum Via. When we got to the roof of the hotel, I noticed the celebration in full swing. And it was all for me.

"Princess!" I turned then grinned as I saw my Kingsglaive friends.

"Look at you!" Crowe grinned as I hugged her.

"And you look amazing as well-"

"Atalie." I turned then swallowed as I saw my father standing there.

"Walk with me." He said and I nodded, going to the far wall with him.

"I believe I owe you an apology." He said as he leaned on his cane, looking out at the city.

"Dad?"

"I doubted your power after your mother died. I blamed you for not seeing it before we could save her, but you were thirteen. I shouldn't have blamed you, nor treated you as I have these past seventeen years. I did favor your brother, as I named him heir and groomed him to be a man of the people. Please, forgive this old fool." He said as he looked at me, but I smiled as the music picked up.

"Only if you dance with me." I said and he nodded, taking my hand and letting me lead him to the dancefloor. As a guard took his cane, he leaned against me some, but I kept the dance simple for him.

"I'm so sorry, Atalie." He whispered and I smiled as I hugged him.

"I forgive you, dad." I whispered and let him go, my brother coming to stand at his side with our father's cane in hand.

"Thank you, Atalie. I owe you my entire kingdom." He said and I smiled as I returned to Nyx and my friends.

"So?" Nyx asked and I smiled as I hugged his arm.

"My father apologized, and I forgave him." I said and he nodded.

"Good, considering he's the king-"

"That you yelled at, I might add." I said and he snickered as Crowe, Pelna, and Libs watched us. Thanks to our arrest of Drautos, we rooted out so many traitors to Niflheim because they were afraid of us coming after them. Unfortunately, Luche was one of them and that hurt my friends, which pissed me off.

"Nyx, go show these Insomnians how to dance." Libertus smirked and I looked at Nyx hopefully.

"May I, Princess?" He grinned and I took his hand, both of us going to the dancefloor as Crowe went to the speakers to play a Galahdian traditional song.

"You still remember the dance?" Nyx asked as he stood next to me and I nodded, holding my dress up.

"Let's do this." He grinned and I laughed as we danced together, the people around us looking appalled that their crown princess was dancing an immigrant dance! How dare she!

Noct's POV
I watched as Atalie danced with Nyx, her face split with her wide grin and the air filled with laughter.

"She loves him." Gladio grunted into his drink, making me smack his stomach.

"Enough out of you! Let her enjoy this, enjoy changing the unchangeable, then we'll spoil her fun." I said and smiled as Prompto hugged my arm.

"Noctis, should we tell her? She'll accept us-"

"Maybe just you and me, Prompto, but I don't know how she'll feel about all four of us." I said and smiled at my three lovers, sipping my wine as my sister did the stomping dance with her guard and their friends from Galahd.

Atalie's POV
I held Nyx's arm as I laughed at the end of the song, Libertus hugging my shoulders with one arm and Pelna's with the other as Crowe hugged Nyx's other arm.

"I forgot how much fun that was!" I panted then we went to the corner we had chosen to hide in to get our drinks.

"You need to come to the festival more often, Atalie, you need some fun." Nyx said and I giggled as I sipped my wine.

"Maybe, but I've got princess duties to attend to first-"

"Like finding a suitable guard?!" I turned and glared at the woman, who was mistress of the servants in the Citadel.

"Mistress De Marc." I smiled and she sneered at Nyx and the immigrants behind me.

"You should be ashamed! You are the crown princess of Insomnia! These rats ran from their home and infect our city!" She hissed, jumping as my glass shattered in my hand from my strong grip on it. As the music cut out thanks to everyone looking right at us, I stepped closer to the Mistress and got in her face.

"My friends are not rats!" I snarled, being sure she felt the anger flowing off me.

"My friends are refugees, and I am quite happy to have them here! As for my guard, I would trust no one else with my life and I'm sure you remember how I was when he was gone for three months! He is my best friend, my anchor after a vision, and he is the best damn thing in my miserable life! If you have an issue with how I act or how I see the world, I have quite the ass that you can kiss!" I growled and she stepped back, fear evident on her face.

"Atalie, that's enough!" Nyx whispered, grabbing my arm, but I threw his hand off and got further in the woman's space, whispering in her ear.

"If you insult them or my family one more time, I will have you banished beyond the wall and you won't be able to reenter this city. Am. I. Clear." It wasn't a question, and she knew that as she vigorously nodded.

"Good girl. Now leave this party, before I throw you off the rooftop!" I hissed and she made a beeline for the elevator as the party slowly picked back up, though now Ignis was picking glass from my hand.
