Chapter 7

Takemichi's POV

Here I am, in the future again. I accidentally shook hands with Naoto when I am at the Tachibana's residence because of thinking that I'm holding Hina's hands.

"Takemichi-kun!!So you've gained consciousness?" Naoto approached excitedly

"So I have returneddd??!" I cried again

"But that means you were able to go to the past?!so the handshake was the trigger afterall!!!my hypothesis wasn't wrong!!!" he exclaimed excitedly

"Yes, yes, you were right" I said, facepalming

"And you've made it back!"

"Huh?"

"I understand, here everything is ready. How about there?Coming back here means that you've made some progress right?"

"Umm"

"You shook my hand on accident!?!?!"

"Oh man, Hina is cute though. And the fireworks were so pretty"

"What are you talking about Takemichi-kun?!?!"

"I learned something...from your second time leap" Naoto said in a serious tone

"Hoh?"

"Takemichi-kun, when you returned to the past you stayed in a death-like state the whole time. It was only like your soul slipped away." he added looking at me

"Huh?does that mean I died?" I exclaimed, shocked

Naoto then explained to me how I time leaped, and it's process.

"So that's the death-like state?" I clarified, and he answered

"Yeah, so you should do the time leap at my apartment" he answered

"So, how did the mission to stop Sano and Kisaki from meeting go?" he asked me

"I met Mikey-kun" I said nervously

"Mikey?"

"Yeah, that's Sano-kun's nickname" I answered

"Listen to this Naoto, Mikey is a delinquent but he's a good guy" I added, remembering the day we shared together with Y/N-san and Draken-kun

"Huh?!Why didn't you kill him?!" Naoto exclaimed

"Huh?"

"The guy who killed my sister is a 'good guy'?!Did you get tricked into believing that in the past?!" he shouted

"You're wro--" I was cutted off when he added words by words

"Listen up, that 'Mikey' is now a man who was been involved in every crime imaginable. And even police can't bring him under control, you know!If it's possible, I'd like to kill him myself" Naoto finally ended and slammed the wall

If Y/N-san and Draken-kun are here, I'm sure they know how to handle Mikey-kun

"Naoto...let's go meet Mikey-kun" I boldly said, looking at him

"Doing something like that won't make any difference"

"I'd like to meet with him and ask him face-to-face"

"It doesn't matter what you ask, it'll be all the same"

We bicker along

"Mikey is a trust-worthy person, I want to ask Mikey-kun's opinion on why Toman changed. I want to ascertain the answer before I go back to the past again."
