Y/N's POV

Today was our last day of class since tomorrow is gonna be a weekend, so Emma invited me along with Mikey and Draken to go on a karaoke. Of course, Mikey also dragged Takemichi with us.

Takemichi has been acting up weirdly. He's been dumber now. He acts so mindless. Is this boy is under some witchcraft or something?

"Takemichi, are you sick or something?" I asked looking at him, despite the noise that the karaoke was causing, he was able to answer me

"Huh?Oh, nothing's wrong Y/N-san" he said smiling at me

"You act dumber than usual" I said earning a chuckle from Emma

"Oi, we didn't drag Takemichi here just to be bullied by you" Draken said, clinging his arms on Takemichi

"Yeah yeah, sure. Gotta go then, I have some things to sort out" I said getting out

"Hey Y/N, you haven't even lasted an hour here!!" Emma shouted, but I chose to ignore it for some reason

I need to go home. Besides from I'm hungry, because obviously the food they brought is inedible that's why I didn't eat. I also need to accomplish something.

As I was walking down the road, I can sense the raging eyes that have been stabbing the back of my head. Walking alone is sure a foolish decision of me. I shot my eyes at the back, but saw nothing, only the rustling on the tree near me.

"You suck at spying someone" I said, walking again

"You're good at this N/N" I heard the familiar voice answered

"Wow, the Haitanis' do you need anything?" I asked, looking at them

"I'm alone, how that does make me a 'Haitanis'?" the braided man asked me

"I'm not dumb Ran. If you're here, of course Rindou will also be here you know." I stated the obvious

"You got me there N/N" Rindou said, coming out of the bush

"So, what you two do you need?" I asked again

"Nothing in particular, we just saw you came out of a karaoke so we decided to follow you. You know, maybe someone will harass you on your way home" Ran said shrugging

"Thanks for your concern, but you know me well. I can fight for my own, right?" I said, walking away from them

"Yeah yeah, take care in your way!!" the said in unison, bidding their goodbyes

I met them a year ago. Their appearance really changed a lot, based on what I remembered in the future, I've been still in contact with them, they're the one who filled the hole after I've lost my brother, they're the one who took over my brother's place.

I got back at our house, and greeted even though I'm not sure if anyone's home.

"I'm home" I said as I open the door and entered

"You're here early, I thought Emma invited you to hangout?" my brother said, looking at me worriedly

"The taste of the food they bought sucks, I'd rather eat here" I said, rummaging on the kitchen if he cooked something

"Nii-san, I just want to apologize" I said simply

"Huh?for what?" he asked cluelessly

"For what I did for the past year, I didn't listen to your side, I'm so sorry" I slumped my face into my palms

"N/N, you know I forgive since then right?there's no need to apologize now" he said, opening his arms for me to embrace him

I quickly run to him and hugged him, causing him to smile. Smile that is full of relief.

"I'm so sorry" I cried as he patted my back

"Shhh, it's okay now" he said in a comforting manner

"Please promise me one more thing" I plead him, tears still running on my face

"Of course, what is it?" he asked

"If Kazutora talked to you again, please let me be the first person to know" I said between my sobs

"Yes, I promise"
