42. FIRST Decision

Nyonika looked at Raj and he  held her close saying everything will be fine.

She called her doctor friend Bindu who is taking care of Nandini's case.

"Hey Nyo...What's up...!?? Hey hey...I actually forgot...Nandu must have told you by now...Congratulations..." Bindu said in a go with the cheerful mode she has always had.

Nyonika smiled and replied "Thank you Bindu...Actually I have called you to ask about Nandu...I mean...Is everything fine...?? Any complications as such...?? Anything to be taken care of...??"

"Relax Nyo...Nothing to worry...She is perfectly fine as of now...Yeah a bit low blood and water percentage...But that can be balanced with proper diet that I have suggested...and we will have proper scan when she completes first trimester...then we will get to know about baby formation and all...So for now, ask her to take proper food and sufficient water..." She said assuringly.

"Sure...Thanks Bindu..." Nyonika said taking a deep sigh and she replied "Anytime Nyo...Chalo...Bye..."

She hung the call and said Raj what all doctor said.

Raj consoled a worried Nyonika and they joined Manik and Nandini in the living room while Shobana entered with all Nandini's favorite savouries and sweets.

After they exchanged pleasantaries, she hugged Nandini tightly and kissed her forehead. Manik and Nandini bent to take blessings and she stopped them with a smile and blessed them.

Soon their friends joined and were having fun while Nyonika and Shobana looked after lunch arrangements asking Nandini to rest.

Time passed quickly and it was evening.

"Nyonika ji...I will leave now..." Shobana said with a smile and Nandini said "Maa...Stay here tonight na..."

Shobana smiled and said "I will come next weekend beta...and anyways you will come to stay with me na...in your 5th or 7th month till delivery..."

Manik's face changed by hearing it and he frowned while Nyonika signalled him to keep quiet for a while and he did. Nandini smiled to her mother excitingly and bid bye to her.

While their friends were discussing something, Nandini asked Nyonika "Maa ji...When will the girl usually go...?? In 5th month or 7th month...??"

Before she could answer, Manik went to her and said while gritting his teeth "Don't you even think about it..."

Nandini looked startled and Nyonika tried to calm him down but he dashed towards his room and his friends followed him not knowing what actually happened.

"Bacha...Don't worry...We will talk to him...There's nothing to get stressed...and bahut time hai...Dekho you shouldn't stress yourself unnecessarily..." Nyonika said cupping her cheeks while she nodded slightly.

"All ok...???" Cabir asked and she nodded with a slight smile and went to the lawn.

Nyonika looked at Raj who was thinking something and he tapped her hand with assurance.

"Aunty...Is everything ok...??" Cabir asked as he was not satisfied with Nandini's answer and Nyonika explained about Manik's reaction on hearing about Nandini going to her mother's place after some months.

"This fellow...Hufff..." Cabir sighed and said "Aunty...Don't worry...I will talk to him..." and she smiled knowing that Cabir can make Manik understand. He texted Mukthi to get the girls and join Nandini in the lawn while he can have a talk with Manik.

Mukthi, Alya, Navya joined Nandini along with Maddy.

Cabir went to Manik's room where Dhruv was present.
