'No, I don't want to'

Chapter 12:

(Ella's POV)

I woke up, covered in white sheets, and the sun shining through the open windowed room. My eyes were adjusting as I saw the dust float through the blinding sun. I looked to the other side of me expecting to see Dylan but only to find more sheets. I got up and grabbed my lingerie from the floor and Dylan's top from yesterday which was way big and hid everything. I looked out the window to take in the events of yesterday.

The view was so mesmerizing, the river flowing alongside which was hidden by the trees. I could see the sunlight hitting the water and the light reflecting back on the house. Even though I was admiring this beauty, it made me think about the pain of everything that happened yesterday, it made me think of a good memory of last night, the lovemaking, the jokes and the long talk.

"would never hurt you again like did"

His words from last night were so sweet and loving. I missed his words, I missed his kind heart and now I've got him back.

"Never let me go"

"wouldn't do that for the world"

I walked downstairs when I noticed the sound of silence filling the house, walking into the lounge to see where he was but there was no sign of him anywhere downstairs either.

"Dylan?" I shouted hoping that he would hear my call. But there was nothing. No sound, no sudden movement, nothing. I walked back upstairs to the room and saw a note on the side of the bed:

'Hey, if you're awake and I'm gone,
I've gone for run.
Be back soon'

I put the note back on the side and looked outside again and began to think. Last night felt so good, I mean being back with Dylan of course. With Joe, it wasn't the same, oh no Joe ... How could I have forgotten? I think it's safe to say that yesterday was the breakup of us. I feel like I should be upset about it but I'm not, I'm more upset about how it ended than the fact that we did break up. I needed to go back to the apartment and sort through my things and move Joe out, I knew it was early but I needed to be done as soon as possible to make it less painful later.

I felt some warm arms wrap around my waist and start to kiss my neck. I couldn't help but blush when he turned me around super quick. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him close to me. He pulled me tighter to him, still having his arms around my waist.

"Good morning," I said breaking the kiss.

"Good morning," He said before giving me a peck on the nose. I felt his arms and I could feel the sweat.

"You're all sticky" I jokingly moaned wiping the sweat on his shirt. I started laughing and he was laughing to himself.

"I thought you didn't like running," I quizzed remembering his pure hatred for it.

"I always went running even when I was with you, I don't enjoy it but I do it" He explained. I kissed him again as he releases his grasp of my waist and took hold of my hand.

"Breakfast?" He said changing the subject, I nodded. He leads the way to the kitchen and it smelt different than a few moments ago when I went downstairs.

"What's happening in here?" I asked as he lead me to sit on a barstool around an island in the kitchen. I saw how there was a plastic see-through box with a bagel inside and an orange juice next to it.

"Breakfast is happening here," He answered before I managed to lean over and kiss him on the cheek.

"Thank you," I said opening the box. Once opened, I didn't even realize that I was hungry so I couldn't help to dive in for the kill. I finished it in a matter of minutes and got up and put the box in the bin.

"So what are your plans for today?" He asked as I took a sip of my orange juice.

"Well considering that my apartment is wrecked and its the weekend, I thought I might tidy it up, and throughout Joe's stuff what about you?" I said. I tried to make it sound like it was a regular occurrence thing but he looked confused.

"You shouldn't have to do that," He said at the other side of the kitchen island as he continued to eat.

"Someone has to do it," I said.

"What if he's there?" He asked. I never thought about that, accidentally seeing him again wouldn't just be awkward, it's now dangerous.

"I don't know," I said honestly.

"Why don't you stay here?" He asked sounding nervous about my reaction.

"Dylan," I commented not knowing what to say, feeling like I'm intruding on his private space.

"Why not? I don't mind" He asked.

"I feel like I'm intruding" I explained.

"Seriously? Trust me Ella you could never intrude with me" He said walking over towards me, his presence in front of me makes me relax suddenly, making my questionable thoughts go out the very large window.

"Move in with me." He stated sounding excited. I smiled before giving my response.

"Okay," I said happy. He pressed his lips onto mine in satisfaction.

"But I do still need to go back to the apartment," I said trying to remind him. To try and discard the subject, he picked me up and sat me on the kitchen island. I wrapped my legs around him and started kissing him again. I could feel his tongue begging for entrance so I let him in and let his tongue explore my mouth. I let my hands explore through his hair, letting one hand go down his back, stopping at his waist. He was distracting me from the point at hand, if I could remember the point that is. He lightly pulled me head back by my hair so he can have full access to kissing my neck and smothering himself onto it. I remember the point now: getting my stuff from the apartment.

"Dylan," I said moaning a little but it just enticed him more.

"I guess we can do it later," I commented as he pushed his lips onto mine and picked me up. I was now wrapped around him like a sloth to a tree and was in a deep session as he carried me back to his room.
