Chapter 7: Fucked up (Pt2)

-PARIS-

I didn’t realized I was shot till I inhale… “I’m almost there baby…” I hear Kourt say through tears, I eye sight was going away and I was short of breath, I was ready for my life to be over so I held onto Kourt’s hand and just closed my eyes. If I do died I know is was for a good cause, I was protecting the love of my life….

 -KOURTNEY-

When I pulled up to the hospital I looked at Paris and her eyes were closed, I just knew she was gone…

"Please help me!!!!" I yelled as I ran into the hospital.

I ran to the nurse station. And couldn’t stop crying, I can’t lose her right now. “Ma’am we’re gonna need you to calm down and tell us what’s going on.” Nurse 1 said very calmly. I took a deep breath and wiped my face. “My girlfriend….she’s been shot.”

"How is she?" Nate asked like a concerned father.

"She will be now, we were able to catch the bullet before it hit any main arteries. She’s lucky you brung her here when you did…" Doctor Cameo smiled.

I sighed relived, “Can I see her?” I asked holding honey’s hand. Doctor Cameo looked at me and smiled.

 ”Are you Kourt?”

"Yes…"

 ”She actually requested to see you as soon as she woke up from surgery.”

I blushed.

I walked in the room and looked at a smiling Paris patting the bed to me to sit next to her.

"Hey you…"

I sat next to her on the bed and laid her on shoulder. “I’m so happy your okay…” I couldn’t help but cry, she cooed me and wiped the tears away.

"Hey I’m happy your okay…" she looked me with a serious face and I gave her a confused expression.

"You do realized your the one in the hospital?" I asked She chuckled.

"Yeah but I’m good, emotionally wise are you okay?" She looking me in the eyes, with just that motion the tears started falling.

 ”I’m a wreck Bae..” I wiped my face and sighed “I really thought you were gone…” “what would you do if I was?” She asked with no emotion.

I couldn’t tell her the truth so I lied. “I really don’t know..” She looked at me like she was mad, she knows I’m lying.

"Kourtney Rene Tran, what will you do if I was to do?" she asked me again and I blinked away tears and sighed. "Honestly? I will kill myself…" Paris was furious. "I’m sorry Paris but when I say I can’t live without I’m dead  serious. I rather die than to be without you…" Paris held my face in her hands and stared in my soul. "Promise me that no matter what happens that you won’t EVER think about taking your own life ever again." Paris said, I saw fear in her eyes for the first time…I guess I gotta keep this promise.

"I promise…"

-SAM-

 I thought about what Kira said and it cut me deep. I didn’t want my son to know what I did to his mother, unless I tell him.

"Hey son…" I said to his tombstone…I stared at it for a while before I knelled down."I brought you flowers…" I placed the Lillies down and sat Indian style and then I got serious. " have something to tell you…" I sighed "By now you might know that your mom and I aren’t together anymore and it my fault. I didn’t realize how important she was to me until she was gone." I traced my fingers threw the engraved letters on his tombstone ‘Samuel Richard Stevenson, an amazing son taken too soon. Mommy and Daddy love you’ this is just I hard to go through alone, I was never the emotional type but when it comes to my children I can’t help it, he was only 3….

"Its funny you notice me when I’m long gone." I heard a voice say, her voice, the voice I’ve longed to hear again.. I looked up and saw Kira Standing behind me with flowers and balloons, with tears in her eyes I just want to console her and take her home but I can’t.

"Hello Kira.."

"Sam." she said so harshly then walked on the other side of the tombstone and placed the balloons. I really wanted to speak to her but I just didn’t know what to say. "How are you?" I asked looking at her, she wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. 
"I’m fine, no thanks to you." She said while planting seeds around Juniors grave.

"I’m really sorry Ky…" I said she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes.

"Whatever Sam, your not sorry caues if you were you wouldn’t have slept with her." Kira said folding her arms.

"I am honestly. I was drunk and I made the dumbest decision of my life I never meant to hurt you. I love you with all my heart…" I touches her hand but she snatched it away.

"You don’t love me, you haven’t loved me since Junior died. You blame me for takeing him to daycare…" Kira face changed from angry so sad.

"I don’t bame you, how were you suppose to know that the daycare provider wasn’t a professional? She had a degree and everything, I blame her for not paying attention to our son and letting him run out in the street." I held her in my arms and whisptered. "You mean everything to me, please come back home."

"I’m engaged…" She whisptered and let go of her.

"What?" I said trying to understand what she just said.

"I’m engaged," She said once more showing me the engagement ring on the left wedding ring finger. How could this happen? She left me only three months ago, this is fake. I was beyond pissed, if she engaged then she really never loved me.

"I have to leave." I said standing up, she looked at me.

"Why?" She asked confused.

"Because I can’t listen to the lies your pouring out…" With that I turned around and walked away. If she’s really engaged then I will wish her well, until then I have to make a plan to find out where she’s leaving…

-KIRA-

I knew he wasn’t going to believe me, but I didn’t think he would get this upset. I mean he’s the one that cheated not me. But it is a real engagement ring, I found it in Nate’s top drawer. I just don’t know who’s ring it is…

Once I finish planting the seeds I walk to my car and and call Nate, we haven’t talked since I threaten to cut off his balls. “Hey baby.” Nate said while taking a long breath.

"Hey bae is there something wrong?" I asked worried.

"A lot is going on right now, can you do me a favor?" He asked "If he requires me taking my clothes off you don’t have to ask." I giggle but he didn’t chuckles, this much be very serious.

"Kay please go straight home, don’t talk to anyone, lock the doors and don’t call anyone."

He’s scaring me. “Bae can I call my friend Cassie so she can stay with me till you get home.”  I asked getting into my car and locking the doors.

"Cassie who?" Nate asked very hashly he was kind of scaring me. "My best friend Cassie Moore." I said.

"How do you know her?"

"What do you mean? We’re best friends, I’ve known her for years.." I thought about it. "How do you know her?" I asked driving home.

"I’ll tell you once I get home, she’s bad news Ky."

I heart skipped a beat when he called me ‘ky’ guess I’m still not over Sam. “I’m sorry for calling you that but I don’t want that women in my home understand.”

"Yes…"

"I love you…" He said then hung up,

I stopped and sunk in my chair, he loves me…

I was gonna get Nate back from what his girl did to my boys, and I knew just what to do. “Hey ky…”
