There's many things all happening at once, I couldn't process what was going on as I was beaten, my hands bound back by metal as I try to fight back.

"Hear me, and rejoice. You have had the privilege of being saved by the Great Titan...." the alien speaking walks past me, "You may think this is suffering...no. It is salvation. Universal scales tip toward balance because of your sacrifice. Smile....for even in death, you have become Children of Thanos." Loki stands with the other aliens. His gaze stays on me, Loki tried his best to protect me...but this Thanos had an infinity stone. Far more powerful than any of us.

"I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperately that you're right...yet to fail, nonetheless." Thanos turns, hot tears stream down my face as he grabs Thors chest and drags him, "It's frightening. Turns the legs to jelly. I ask you, to what end? Dread it...run from it...destiny arrives all the same. And now, it's here. Or should I say... I am." Thanos holds up his hand to reveal the Infinity Gauntlet, which already hosts the violet Power Stone.

Thor was now kneeling, Thanos' hand around his head, "You talk too much." Thor growls, blood dripping out of his lip.

Thanos looks at Loki, "The Tesseract, or I kill him and your beloved fiancé. I assume you have a preference." Thanos smirks at me.

"Oh, I do. Kill away!"

Thanos presses the gauntlet to Thor's left temple. The Power Stone glows brightly. Thor screams hoarsely at the pain.

Loki starts to lose his cool demeanor almost immediately as Thor suffers, and breaks after only a few moments. "ALL RIGHT, STOP!"

"We don't have the Tesseract. It was destroyed on Asgard." I say shakily.

Loki glances at Thor and I like he knows something we don't. He lifts his right hand into the air and the Tesseract reveals itself.
"You...really are the worst brother." Thor says weakly.

"I assure you, brother...the sun will shine on us again." Loki nods.

"Your optimism is misplaced, Asgardian."

"Well, for one thing, I'm not Asgardian. And for another...we have a Hulk."

Just as I break out of my restrains, Loki dives over and gets Thor and I out of the way as Hulk lunges at Thanos.

"It's okay, darling...it's okay." Loki nods at me. "It's okay." He holds onto my face. "I love you."

It almost seemed like he was saying goodbye, "Loki...I love you. Please don't try anything...we can't win." I shake my head. Loki doesn't say anything, he only kisses me.

I close my eyes as a bright light erupts, when it disappears....so does Hulk. "That was a mistake." Thanos says, suddenly stabbing Heimdall in the chest.

"No!" Thor and I scream. I get up weakly and punch Thanos, trying to slam my hands together but the other alien latches more metal around me and keeping me on my knees.

"Your going to die for that!" Thor yells, causing the other alien to clasp a piece of metal around Thor's mouth.

Thanos is presented the Tesseract, he crushes it and grabs the stone from inside. He grimaces as he places it in its setting, a power surge flowing through him.

"There are two more Stones on Earth. Find them, my children, and bring them to me on Titan." Thanos nods.

The aliens kneel, "Father, we will not fail you."

Loki emerges with a smile, "If I might...interject... if you're going to Earth, you might want a guide. I do have a bit of...experience in that arena."

"If you consider failure experience."

"I consider experience, experience." Loki nods. "Almighty Thanos, I...Loki...Prince of Asgard..." He pauses and looks at Thor and I, "...Odinson...The rightful King of Jotunheim... God of Mischief...o hereby pledge to you..." Thor and I see a small dagger materializing in his hand, "My undying fidelity."

Loki braces himself, thrusts the Dagger upward with lightning speed and attempts to kill him but is frozen in place by the Space Stone's power.

"Undying? You should choose your words more carefully." Thanos twists the dagger out of Loki's hand with his right hand, then takes ahold of Loki's neck with the gauntlet and lifts him to eye level. Loki struggles, kicking, as his throat is squeezed. Thanos makes eye contact with me before he increases his force on Loki's neck.

"No...no please stop! Kill me instead!" I scream. "Kill me, you asshole!" I yell desperately.

"You...will never be...a god." Loki gasps for air.

Thanos crushes Loki's neck, killing him. Thor and I scream out as Thanos drops Loki in front of us.

"No resurrections this time."

"I'm gonna kill you! Remember that!" I scream. "I'll fucking kill you!" I sob

Thanos raises the gauntlet, sends a violet Power through the remains of the ship, and uses the Space Stone to teleport away.

The metal around me breaks off as Thor and I fall forward.

I cradle Loki in my arms as Thor hunches over him. "Loki...no." He whispers.

I sob as I hold onto him tight.

This was real. I would never see my love again.

I look up as I feel my heart being ripped out, the ship slowly explodes...turning everything to black.

Setting me free of this pain.
