(Also this is what's gonna happen this chapter I saw on TikTok that trend like "let's get red and blue slushes and have people wonder why our tongues are purple and I also saw a TikTok with this idea and Benny so as you've guessed I'm doing this trend)
Now actually on with the chapter
Yeah yeah grabbed the door and jokingly said "ladies first"
"What a gentleman" I said sarcastically
When we got in we saw a girl about our age working there her name tag read "Cheryl"
She gave me a dirty look and then smiled at yeah yeah and said
"Hi! Welcome to the diner! My name is Cheryl and I will be serving you today!" In a peppy voice
"Hi where can we be seated please?" I asked
"Um over here" she said
(So idk what the part ur sitting at is called so it's this part of the diner sry lol)

"Ok thank you" yeah yeah said and she smiled at him
We weren't that hungry so I ordered a blue slushy and yeah yeah ordered a red one
We were just taking about baseball,babe Ruth,lots of things and it surprisingly wasn't Awkward
"I think that waiter likes you" I said
"Why do you think that?" Yeah yeah asked as he sipped his slurpy
"Because she keeps being all nice to you and mean to me and she always gives you heart eyes and she has been staring at you the whole time we've been here- in fact she's coming over right now" I said
"Wait really" he said
"Hey so I was wondering what your name cutie?" She asked
"Uhm please don't call me that but it's Alan but call me yeah yeah instead" he said
"Well Alan-" she said but yeah yeah cut her off
"I prefer you call me yeah yeah" he corrected
"Ok sorry but I was wondering would you like to hang out sometime because your really cute and I would like to spend more time with you" she said smiling
"Uhm sorry I can't..."
"Why not" she asked
"Because I have a girlfriend and she's sitting next to me so I would appreciate it if you would leave us alone to enjoy our date alone" he did grabbing my hand and I turned red
"O-oh- well your ugly anyways" she said
"Okay "cHeRyL" listen here he is not ugly just because you got rejected doesn't mean that you need to spread ur insecurities on others because you didn't get your way so you can go back to doing your job now bye Cherylllll" I said smiling sarcastically
"Bitch" she mumbled and walked away
"Sorry for saying your my girlfriend and stuff" he got red and rubbed the back of his neck
"O-oh it's fine" I said also turning red
I laughed a little now realizing that yeah yeahs mouth was completely red
"What??"
"Nothing just your whole mouth is red" I said giggling
"Your one to talk your whole mouth is blue!" He laughed also
And we kept laughing until we finished our drinks and payed and we walked to my house
Okay my brother is probably in the living room with his friends so we have to be quiet
I opened the door saying "hi the favorite child is back"
"Go go go run to my room!" I whispered
Just as yeah yeah made it to the stairs my brother and his friends turned to look at me
"I'm still mad at you for hitting me"
"Well boo hoo" I said
"I'll be in my room don't come in" i said
As I walked in my room yeah yeah was sitting on the bed
"So what do you wanna do?" I asked
"We could play truth or dare" he asked
About 5 minutes later I had to do a handstand for a minute yeah yeah told me his most embarrassing moment and now it was my turn
"Ok truth or dare y/n"
"Umm truth" I said
Yeah yeah thought for a moment
"Why did you date teddy?" He asked
"Well I don't really know he liked me and I guess I liked him at the time and we've known each other for a long time but-" I was cut off by lips on my lips
Yeah yeah kissed me?!?
I was surprised and kinda pulled back but soon after I kissed back
We pulled away "uhm d-does this mean you like me if you kissed me?" I asked
"Y...yeah yeah" he said
"Does this mean you like me too if you kissed back?" He asked
"Yeah yeah..." I said looking at the floor
"Well does this me we can date again or?" I asked
"We'll do you want to?" He asked
"Uhm yeah yeah" I said
"Stop saying my line!" He laughed
I smiled and just pulled him into another kiss which turned into a make out session
K now that I'm done this is not a short chapter at all it's almost 900 words- but like I said I'm updating tomorrow and Wednesday besties thank you sm for reading this book and being patient Love you all sm <3333
