George's POV

Mornings always sucked. Waking up groggily from a rest filled with mostly tossing and turning. Shuffling over to the closet to try and piece together an outfit that worked. Which proved to be hard when you were colorblind, luckily my mom had always tried to help me keep everything color coded to try and help.

After picking out a short pink skirt paired  with some flowery fishnets, opting with a white cropped t-shirt and black boots I made my way to the bathroom in order to wash my face and play with makeup. I decided on a winged liner with a little bit of mascara and lip gloss I made my way down the stairs. I sighed as my mom was already at work, just leaving me on my own for breakfast.

As much as I wished she'd be there to eat with me I know her job was important in order to care for me. Long hours made for a good income. And while I wouldn't call us rich, we certainly had enough money to get what we wanted.

Settling on just a small piece of toast with a glass of orange juice, I leaned on the counter checking my phone.

My eyes scanned against a text from my best friend, dream.

Leaving now, I'm picking up Sapnap first, be there in about 15 minutes. -7:20

I sighed, looking at the time, 7:33, I quickly shoved the rest of my food in my mouth and put the dishes in the sink. I walked outside. I was not ready to ride in the car with sapnap, just the idea was enough to spoil my day.

When dream pulled up I grabbed my bag and made my way to his car. It was a slick green color, matching himself. I climbed into the back seat, pulling down my skirt as it rode up. As I did, I heard someone scoff.

"Dressing like that? Really? Are you trying to look like a slut?" Sapnap really knew how to get on my nerves.

Before I was able to argue back Dream spoke, "Calm down Pandas, I think George looks nice today."

"Of course you do, you're just as gay as he is. You're into that."

Huh? "Theres nothing wrong with being gay Sapnap, you're just jealous cause no one wants you."

I smirked as I watched him stutter. "Shut up George, we both know I pull more girls than you do guys."

   "Yeah sure you do."

"Wanna make a bet? I've got a party at my house Friday, come over and we'll see who gets more."

Really? He was going so low to make a bet on sleeping with someone. "Fine, okay, you're one."

The car jerked toward as dream slammed on the breaks.

"Dude wtf keep your eyes on the road!" Sapnap yelled.

"Sorry, maybe if you two spent less time arguing and more time admitting you like each other I wouldn't get so distracted."

At the accusation I made a loud gagging sound. "As if I'd ever be caught dead with anyone even remotely as ugly as him."

"Fuck off George, I'm not ugly, I'm just too good for you and you know it."

   "As if."

The rest of the car ride was spent in silence and when we arrived at school dream spike up opening his door.

"I don't know why you two can't just get along,  it's not that difficult."

"Whatever Dream. Hes just not my kind of person. I mean look at the way he dresses!"

Dream sighs and I walk off towards the school before I did anything irrational.

...

It was the first day of the semester so starting new classes made the day better. My first 5 periods went by smoothly, I had second hour with Dream. Lunch was pretty calm too, Dream and Sapnap were caught up in football practice so I didn't have to sit with Sap and argue.

But my good mood was ruined as I walked into my last class of the day and stopped as I saw Sapnap sitting in the back with his legs propped up onto a desk. It was even worse when I discovered this teacher had a seating chart and I was placed right next to him. I hoped as I sat down next to him that he wouldn't say anything. At first I heard nothing come from him and looked over.

He had earbuds in and his eyes closed. From up close he looked kind of attractive. Shiny black hair laid across his face, with a few gentle curls. Pink lips that looked soft  enough to kiss, if he didn't use them to be so annoying. And his body, even through his long sleeved top and the white t-shirt over it I could tell he was fit. I could imagine the abs he hid and maybe even-

"What are you looking at?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Sapnaps accusing tone.

"Nothing good, you're even uglier than I thought." I wanted to slap the smirk off of his face.

"Ugly? Sweetheart you were practically drooling over me. Wouldve been quite hot if I were into boys."

I felt heat creeping up my cheeks and i was glad for the chance to turn away when the teacher started speaking. He was a tall man and you could tell he was passionate about his job. I didnt pay too much attention, as it was the first day of school and nothing ever happens. Except when he started talking about project.

"I know it's the first day of school and nobody wants to do anything, but I'd like to start out the year with a project. Itll be something I want you guys to work on throughout the first semester alongside the rest of your work."

He continued to go on about the research and how it connected to the class, I only paid have attention just waiting for him to partner us up. But when he did I only felt worse.

"Carly and Jasmine. George and Sapnap."

A loud groan sounded next to me and I dared look over to see Spanap rolling his eyes, the look on his face was probably mirrored in mine. Yet when he met my eyes he smiled devilishly.

"I wanna get this done as fast as possible, so I'm coming to your place tonight to start working."
