"Have a seat, Ms. Yang." Namjoon said, taking the seat in front of her.
"Just Anna." She mumbled, trying to look confident, which caused him to chuckle.
"Alright, Anna." He nodded, instantly noticing how absolutely different she was from Aria. "Let's get straight to the point.. What do you know about Chloe?"
"She was Jimin's girlfriend." She spoke seriously, making her answers short.
He raised an eyebrow. "That's it?" When she just nodded, he took a deep breath, leaning forward. "How did you two became friends?"
"We were never friends." She answered with the same seriousness. "She used to be sticking to Jimin's side. And he's my friend, that's why it might look like we were friends."
"You hated her, right?"
"I didn't. Neither did I like her." Anna shrugged her shoulders. "That's normal if she bullied me before, isn't it?"
"When did she bully you?"
"Back in high school." She replied blankly. "I was the 'new kid' and she used to make fun of me.. She hated me, just like she hated anyone else."
"That's why you killed her?"
Anna's eyes widened, her face starting to get tensed. "I'd never do that."
"Well," His voiced slightly raised, as he brought some papers printed from Chloe's phone. "According to the messages between you and her, you threatened her that you would kill her."
"I-i did say that.. But I was angry." Anna said, ger voice getting small. "She hired Jackson to rape Aria, and she's my best friend.. I was so angry that Chloe dared to do such a thing.. That's why I said if she wouldn't leave Aria alone, I'd kill her." She shook her head. "It was an empty threat!"
"Prove me you didn't kill her."
Anna kept silent for seconds before sighing heavily. "After the party, Jungkook and I drove Tae home because he had injuries in his hands and we had to help him." She rubbed her temples, starting to feel headache because of how much Namjoon was stressing her. "Then, I went to my home."
"You went home?" He asked, and she nodded. "I'm afraid to tell you that people can simply lie to survive."
"I'm not lying." She said, her voice starting to have its confidence back again. "If I killed her, I'd be proud of doing so."
"You think just because she'd bullied you before, she deserved to be killed?"
"Of course not. If she'd changed, we might have even become friends, but she didn't.. And for her as someone that had her soul taken away from her.. It's more like killing the fucking devil."
