Taehyung kept on staring at him silently before sighing in a calm manner. "Is it okay that just because you know about that back door then you can accuse me of going out at the same hour of the murder?"
"I haven't talked about the murder yet." Namjoon smiled at him slyly. "Why are you so eager for the topic?"
Taehyung scoffed, shrugging his shoulders. "That's why I'm here."
"Didn't you want to meet me?" Namjoon asked, trying to hide the warm voice he was actually using while speaking.
"No."
"You haven't thought for a second even." He mumbled with a sad smile, shaking his head.
"Did you really think I'd want to meet you after what you've done when Tara died?" Taehyung spoke harshly, not liking how his brother was acting like a victim while Taehyung believed he wasn't.
"Tae, you know it wasn't my choice." He explained calmly, trying to convince him.
"Wasn't your choice?" Taehyung chuckled humorlessly, feeling his anger starting to take over him slowly. "Our sister was killed, and you didn't even attend her goddamn funeral! And you came after three days for what, huh? To fucking check on what?! Everything was over already!"
Namjoon knew that Taehyung had buried anger restrained for awhile. He understood it. But he didn't expect his explosion to be that offensive or hurtful.
"My son was just born.. They needed my blood because he was too weak to survive on his own. He needed me." He said, holding back the tears because of the memories of this awful period of time they'd gone through. "My boy needed me, Taehyung.. I couldn't leave him."
Taehyung took a deep breath and closed his eyes tightly for a second then looked at Namjoon again. "It won't change the fact that Tara is not alive anymore."
"You're right." He sighed heavily then turned to Taehyung again with a serious face. "How was the relationship between you and Chloe?"
Taehyung chuckled sarcastically at how he could just pass the memory of their sister's murder and start the interrogation. "There wasn't any. She was just my friend's girlfriend."
"Is that true she tried to seduce you before?"
"Yes." He answered, nodding his head. "But nothing happened between us cuz I rejected her."
"Why exactly?" Taehyung raised an eyebrow at him, as if his answer was obvious. "Put her being your friend's girlfriend aside, what's your real reason, Taehyung?"
"Well, it is a main reason." He shrugged. "But she also disgusts me."
"Why?"
"She fucked every guy she just liked. If it's not only for disgust, she is unhealthy as well. Who knows if one of those guys had an STD or something?"
