Tsubaki's pov

A large black cloud was moving over towards the town, I didn't like the feeling I was getting from the cloud. "What is that?" Elizabeth asked, as people started to point and notice the cloud that was still coming fast ahead. I was getting the feeling that someone or something was about attack the town because we were here, the Holy Knights must know that we were heading to Baste Prison to get Ban.

"It's coming from Baste Prison!" Diane pointed out, "You think, a storm is coming?" Elizabeth asked, "Oh, don't tell me it's that guy again." Hawk stated.

"No, it's something else." I shook my head, "She's right, it sounds different." I stood up from off the wall and walked forward, "It can't be insects?" Elizabeth asked, "That would be even worse." Hawk stated, "It's a huge storm of poisonous insects!" Hawk shouted as the bug started spraying acid, causing panic among everybody.

Elizabeth and Hawk ran off and when Hawk asked Diane what to do and she freaked out, "Damn... This can't be good!" I took charge and ran forward past Hawk and Elizabeth which caused her to call after me, but I didn't listen and kept running. A young girl was carrying a younger boy that must have been her younger brother, she was cornered by several bugs and I instantly jumped into action.

I made my way to the kids and once I was in front, I used my ice as a shield and helped the little girl up. "Come on, I won't hurt you. We gotta get out of here." I grabbed her hand and ran her towards the area Elizabeth and Hawk sat in. "Are you crazy?!! You could have gotten yourself killed!!" Hawk shouted, "Yeah, well these two needed help and I wasn't about to let something happen to them when I could do something to help them." I snapped, sitting the little girl down.

"A talking pig?!" The little girl yelled, I chuckled at her response to Hawk. I looked up seeing Elizabeth look over at the building Meliodas was in, and knew what she was about to do.

"Sir Meliodas." Elizabeth suddenly took off from under the small bridge, heading for the building. "Hawk, stay with them!" I shouted and took off after Elizabeth but since she was ahead of me, I knew I wouldn't be able to get to her before the bugs do. Diane stood her ground, using her giant powers to keep the bugs from getting Elizabeth. This killed all the bugs at once, "Whoa, is this Lady Diane's power?" Elizabeth asked, as she looked around at all the large earth poles that Diane had made to kill the bugs. "Bring it on then," Diane stood up straight as Hawk came bounding towards Diane, who was looking past the town. I knew that there had to be somebody who sent those bugs to us, before Hawk could finish his sentence Diane took off. She jumped over the town, "Take care of the Captain and stay here with Tsubaki, Princess. Tsu, take care of them!" Diane shouted and ran off, so I turned towards Elizabeth and Hawk. "Elizabeth go stay with Meliodas, I have to check on everyone else in the town. Hawk go with her!" I ran off, leaving Elizabeth alone with Hawk.

I managed to get around to an area where I found a lot of people, they were kinda huddled together. "Hey, it's okay to come out now. Don't worry, my friend has gone to take care of the problem. I want you to go to your homes and stay there, if there are injured take them with you." I ordered and people scrambled to get out of the open. I felt a tug on my jacket and looked down to see a young little boy, he had light brown hair that laid flat and big green eyes. He had a green shirt on with brown shorts and black shoes, he was carrying a small animal plush toy in his arms. He looked like he had been crying, he must have been separated from his parents when the bugs attacked. I bent down in front of him, "What's up, little man? What's your name?" I asked, making eye contact with him. "My name is Yurio. I lost my mommy and I can't find her." His lip started quivering and before I knew it, the kid had started crying. At that moment, I had no clue as to what to do so I tried to shush him. "It's okay, it's okay. We'll find your Mommy, just please stop crying." I begged.

I picked up the small boy in my arms and held him close, trying to keep him calm, and started walking around. I asked so many of the survivors if they knew him or his mother and none of them could say that they did, which made Yurio so upset. "Yurio!!!! Have you seen my baby?" I heard somebody shout in the distance and turned around, seeing a woman with long brown hair and brown eyes talking to other survivors. "Mommy!!! That's mommy!!" Yurio pointed out, "Hey miss!!! Is this your son?!" I shouted and she turned to face us, once she saw me her eyes landed on who I was holding. "My baby!" I put Yurio down and watched as the mother and son pair reunited. The mother picked up Yurio, who had started crying while she had tears in her eyes. She looked up at me still holding Yurio, "Thank you." She mouthed to me and I nodded. I watched as she kissed her son on the head and held him tightly, before walking away. It reminded me of how my mom was if I ended up in the woods alone, sometimes I went there to play by myself since my brother and sister were too old to play with me and usually too busy.

I shook the thought of what could have happened to them out of my head and headed back to Dana's place since most of the survivors were taking care of each other rather than fighting. When I made it back, Elizabeth told me that Meliodas hadn't woken up, which worried me. I started to think about why Dana agreed to help us in the first place, there just had to be a reason he decided to help. It felt as if he was being told what to do, or being told to do this against his will.

"Tsu, are you okay?" Elizabeth asked, "I just want him to get better... I feel like I could have prevented this but I didn't... I froze and now look at him." I shook my head and looked down at Meliodas's sleeping form. I took a sip from the cup that Dana had given me, it was a cup of tea to keep my nerves calm since I was going to lose it.

"That medicine of yours has him sleeping well." Elizabeth stated as Dana came walking towards his bed.

"Yeah, it's like he's dead or something."

"Hawk, please don't say things like that!" Elizabeth stated in shock, while I glared at the talking pig.

"In fact... That's quite accurate." I froze in my spot, slowly turning my head towards Dana. "Doctor, you have done well. It appears you were successful in your task." I clenched my fists, as I heard the voice speak and stood up off the bed. "What was that?" Hawk asked. "Is someone here?" Elizabeth looked around, while I kept my eyes on the ground.

"Spanish fly, nightshade.... Were the ingredients to create the poison. My condolences, but this boy will never wake up." Something in me snapped, as I heard Dana speak and a tear slipped down my face. "You mean that medicine wasn't to treat his injuries?" Elizabeth asked, looking to Dana as the voice spoke out. I began to feel sick and leaned on the bed, holding my head. My nerves were going haywire and I was certain that this was a result of drinking that damn tea. A figure appeared behind both Elizabeth and Dana, which made me anxious.

"Nice to meet you. I am the Holy Knight Golgius, member of the Weird Fang." I clenched my fists as another tear dropped down my face, I nearly fell over and held onto the bed. "Tsu...?" Elizabeth looked to me out of concern, but I shook my head and looked back at Golgius. "Princess Elizabeth, I have come to take you back to the kingdom of Liones." I stood in shock and began to feel worse. "You bastard... What did you give me?" I glared at Dana, "That tea I gave you, was no ordinary tea. It was made with nightshade. You won't be able to fight for now." Dana explained, making me stare at him in shock. I'm going to kill this bastard the first chance I get when I feel better. And there was no way I was letting some Holy Knight take Elizabeth away, she was not going back to the kingdom just to get locked up.
