3rd person's pov

Meliodas comes face to face with Hendrickson, he wasn't too happy with how everything had turned out. His only thought was to save both Tsubaki and Elizabeth, though Hendrickson had no idea his niece had been taken prisoner as well. "Well, well, well.. I'll be taking Elizabeth back now." Meliodas said, "It's been a long time, Captain of the Eight Deadly Sins. Are you all by yourself?" Hendrickson asked, "Yeah, we got separated along the way." Meliodas explained, the tension was thick in the air. "And you think you have a chance against me all by yourself? You're as reckless as you were back then." Hendrickson mocked, a smirk forming on his lips. Arthur stood by, looking in disbelief as he watched Hendrickson and Meliodas's interaction. "The Captain of the Eight Deadly Sins? Then, that person is.." He thought, still looking at Meliodas in shock. "Where is Elizabeth? Give them back now!" Meliodas demanded, "Unfortunately that's impossible.." Hendrickson answered, "I don't think it's impossible. You took Tsubaki as well." Hendrickson looked at Meliodas in shock, he couldn't believe that Tsubaki was alive. "What are you talking about? I had no orders as to take my own flesh and blood." Hendrickson stated, "Oh really? As if I'll believe that. Tsubaki was taken as well when you had that mage take Elizabeth." Meliodas explained, looking pissed. "You mean to tell me.. My niece is alive after all this time?" Hendrickson asked, "Yes, she is. She found her way back to me after her home was destroyed. And now, she's here." Meliodas answered, waiting for Hendrickson's response. "She's been alive all this time and I never knew." Hendrickson thought to himself. "There's no way, I'm handing the princess over. Nor will I give you Tsubaki." Hendrickson denied, "Then you leave me no choice. I'll have to take them both back by defeating you." Meliodas and Hendrickson engage in battle, leaving Arthur to stand in shock.

As Gilthunder is helping Dreyfus walk, he suddenly has a flashback to when he was younger. This particular memory had to do with Meliodas, who had been teaching how to fight. Gilthunder didn't think that he had it in him to be like his father, but Margaret told him otherwise. "Here is fine.." Dreyfus said, "Dreyfus, what happened when you fought with Gowther?"  Gilthunder asked, looking at Dreyfus in curiosity. He had wondered what had greatly disturbed Dreyfus, he knew this man to be unwavering and strong. "He saw through my spirit. A sin that I can never escape from." Dreyfus explained, "A sin?" Gilthunder asked, tilting his head in wonder. Something about his answer seemed very foreboding and he didn't like it, but this also got him thinking about Tsubaki. He had wondered what made Tsubaki fall into the category of a sin. "You should go back to the others. I'll be fine here. Leave me be for a while." Dreyfus said, "Alright then." Gilthunder walked away with Viviann, who was proud of how things were going. However, she had been scared about going up against Tsubaki and her siblings should they cross paths again. Dreyfus was shocked that Tsubaki had been alive this whole time, he wondered where she had been though he had heard rumors that she had been traveling with the Sins. "If it is true that Tsubaki is here, then Tsuyu must also be here. I never thought that she would have survived what happened in her town. This is going to be a problem." Dreyfus thought.

"Quite a miserable sight for Holy Knight Dreyfus. For him to throw in the towel just for a mind attack." Viviann complained, "But Hendrickson is different. He's a suitable king for the forthcoming world." She praised with a smile, Gilthunder looked at her puzzled by her words.

"The forthcoming world?"

"Oh, yes, Gil. It's the Utopia that Henrickson is trying to achieve. A world where royalties and slaves mean nothing. Only the strong ones will survive and can get whatever they desire." Viviann raved.

"Will we even survive after battling the demon clan?" Gilthunder couldn't help but feel very concerned about this whole thing.

"It's not like you to be so concerned, Gilthunder. You're always so full of confidence." Viviann stated.
