"What are you doing here ?" I asked and she smiled a bit too sweetly
One that'll give you diabetes
I looked over at kao who had a rather unamused face he looked like he was holding himself back from rolling his eyes
"Why do you mean ? I'm here for work " mint replied keeping the sweet train going
I just have a small nod and a small oh when I heard a barely audible scuff from kao
Clearly he's not a fan
"Shall we go in ?" She asked and i gave her a confused look
"What ? You're working on this project ?" I asked and she nodded
"Isn't it exciting.. it'll be like the old days " she said and i almost rolled my eyes
Why is this happening ?
"Oh you guys are here come in already !" Mae Godji said as she pooped her head out of the meeting room
We all Smiled amf nodded and started to walk in
"Where do you think you're going ?" Mint said placing a hand over Kao's chest stopping him at the door
"Where does it look like I'm going ?" Kao replied slightly shoving her hand away trying his best not to make a scene
He was about to walk in when mint stopped him again making him roll his eyes
"Now what ?"
"Honey assistants don't have a place here .. why don't you wait outside .. where you belo~"
"Who said you can touch him ?" I said taking her hand off of kao
"Pete~"
"Kao goes where I do .. Maybe it's you who needs to know their place " I said before dragging kao into the meeting room leaving mint in shock her eyes widened
She huffed before composing herself and taking a seat in the meeting

The painfully long meeting ended and all I got from that whole thing was blah blah blah movie blah blah blah main lead blah blah mint and pete blah blah
The fact that kao does all the listing for me during meetings is totally not the reason why I didn't pay attention .. alright maybe kao has spoilt me a little because.. ehe ever since the first meeting where k specifically asked him to make notes for me he decided to do that for all the meetings afterwards
So.. you see . Why let his notes go to waste ?
"So what did they talk about ?" I asked kao once we got out
"You really don't like to use your own brain do you ?" Kao replied shaking his head
"Well .. no .. especially when you're around " I replied smiling
We were in a rather secluded part of the office .. not very many people go by this lobby
"You do know that I'm not permanent right ? I'll leave once I graduate or am able to find an internship to help behind the camera~" he said and i paused making him stop his steps too and look back at me
He'll leave ? When ? What if he gets an internship in a few months or a few weeks ?
"Pete ?" He called out making me look up
"When will you leave ?" I asked feeling emotional and he chuckled
"I'm not leaving now you idiot ! Don't worry I'll let you know way in advance when Its my time to not be your caretaker anymore.. but that's as of now not anywhere soon " he said
