Chapter 7: Who are you

You and Hyun su where put back in the arcade as well as the old man. It was a about 30 minutes before he woke up. The voting ended and you would remain alive.

"What, what is this?" He said sitting up and seeing his shirt covered in blood. "You have a nose bleed and fainted" Hyun su said sitting on a dark green tote.

"I thought it was pretty obvious" you said to the old man with a confused but calm look. The man pulled the bloody tissue out of his nose. "But this can't be, why now?" The man asked looking at it. He ran over to you. "Well, I hear you and Hyun su have been holding out" he said.

You nodded. "How are you doing it?" He asked.

"Get away from me shit head" you said pushing him.

He genuinely looked scared. "How?" He said looking at Hyun su.

"You're shameless" Hyun su said emotionless.

"I have to live, I want to live!"

"Pull yourself together. I have nothing else to tell you" Hyun su said looking away.

You walked over to Hyun su and held your legs sitting on the tote with him. He smiled a little at your action.

Y'all were in there for a little while before the door opened. And someone was pushed inside.

"Great how many more damn people are going to get infected" you whispered.

Hyun looked at you. The door was about to shut before the guy with the sword that was with Hyun su stopped it. "That's not the real reason why your nose is bleeding is it?" He said.

The boy with his nose bleeding rolled his eyes and shut the door. You rolled your eyes and laid down on the tote. "Kill me now" you said. Hyun su chuckled at your remark.

You and Hyun su fell asleep for a while. You woke up and someone grabbing your arm. You opened your eyes and it was Hyun su. The creepy bloody nose guy was an inch from his face when Hyun su woke up.

"Good morning" the guy said. "You must be hungry" he said holding a meat stick infront of Hyun su.

"I'm good" Hyun su said backing up. You grabbed his hand because Hyun su looked a bit freaked out. The man looked at you and held out the food.

"No"

The man frowned. "What?" He said. "A monster can't eat? Y'all slept well though. " He said getting up and sitting close to Hyun su. You felt Hyun Su's grip on your hand tighten.

"What does it feel like?" The man said. Well he looked a little older than y'all. " You feel powerful don't y'all?" He asked. And started laughing. He scooted closer and slapped himself in the head. "How can I become like that?" He said looking into Hyun Su's soul. "Tell me"
He chuckled. "Tell me" he leaned closer. "I can do it really well. What should I do?"

"Back away is what you should do" you said to him. He looked at you. And chuckled. You got up and grabbed him by his collar. Then sat him on a couch.

"Stay" you said. He looked down. Then you walked back over to Hyun su. "You ok?" You asked grabbing his hand.

"Yea" he held yours back. Then the door opened. "Y/n , Hyun su I need to speak with you" EunHyuk said. Y'all followed him.

He shut and locked the door behind y'all. " The front gate has been blocked up. And we only have wooden planks and chains blocking the stairs. Monsters could get through at any moment. Same goes from where y'all were just now. Why do you think I took y'all's side?" He said stopping in the middle of a hallway. "I'll be straightforward. Y'all will be taking on all the dangerous work from now on. And if you don't want to then I can't help you" he said Crossing his arms.

"We aren't your retrieve dogs" you said.

"What do you mean" Hyun su asked.

" The guy in room 1408. Can you bring him here?" EunHyuk said. You huffed. And y'all agreed.

You and Hyun su stood with EunHyuk and a gangster looking guy at a stairwell that was blocked off. The gangster guy started to remove items from the blocked door so y'all can get through. He opened the door and hopped over a dresser that was blocking it. His name was sangwook.

When you and Hyun su went to hope over it EunHyuk stopped y'all. "Wait" he said. He got close to Hyun su and whispered something in his ear.

It seemed to really tick Hyun su off. Y'all hoped over the dresser and headed up the stairs. Your grabbed Hyun Su's wrist. He turned to you. "What did he say to you?"
You asked.

Hyun su looked at the floor. "Hyun su, please tell me what he said to you" you stepped up the stairs one.

"If anything goes wrong. Forget the kids" Hyun su said looking up at you. Your face lit up with anger. "If anything goes wrong we save all of them" you said holding Hyun Su's hand. Hyun su shook his head yes. And y'all headed up the stairs with Sangwook

Hyun su looked at you. His eyes were fully black and he had a big smile on his face. "I think a monster is here, we should kill it , can I kill it?" He said .

You smiled. Sangwook looked at him like he was crazy. Hyun su opened a door in the stairwell and walked through, but before he did he looked at the gangster man.

"You're scared, aren't you?" He said still smiling. When Hyun su tried to go through you pulled him back into the stairwell. Sangwook punched him in the stomach. Hyun su fell to the ground coughing.

You looked at the man and held your weapon up to him. "I'm not afraid to use it on you" you said flipping the switch.

The man stepped back. "Put it down" he said. You flipped the switch off and lowered your hand.

Hyun su got up and his eyes where back to normal. Y'all looked at the now open door and there was a fire.

A monster immediately grabbed sangwook and dragged him into the room. "Sir!" Hyun su yelled. Y'all both ran inside after him. "Don't come!" The man yelled.

"What are you, an idiot?!" you yelled chasing him. Then their where explosions all over the room. You and Hyun su fell to the group beside each other. Another monster ran as fast as he could towards yall.

You held your weapons out and tried to stab the monster but it was too fast. You looked in front of you and saw a girl with a cross bow.

"Move" an old man yelled behind her. They held their weapons out to you thinking y'all were monsters. Hyun su walked forwards. You grabbed his hand and he looked back and you.

The people lowered their weapons. You looked beside you and saw sangwook propped against the wall. He was alive. "The monster left him alive?" The girl said shocked. You and Hyun su picked the man up and put one arm around each of you.
