Part 8

Next day,

Naira was getting ready to meet Kartik.She was confused what to wear.

N(to herself): Yeh nahi.....yeh bhi nahi.....nah.....no....ehhhh.....koi dhang ke kapde hi nahi hai mere paas pehnne ke liye.....kya pehnun kuch bhi samajh mein nahi aa raha hai....

She then sees a blue dress

N: yeh toh Kartik ja favourite colour hai, ussne mujhe bataya tha ek baar....aur aaj main usse milne hi jaa rahi hun.....toh kyun nah main yahi pehen lun?

And she changed into that dress.

On the other hand,

Kartik tells the other officers that he will not come today, he has already finished all necessary work yesterday and in case of any urgency, they can call him.

Now he was getting ready,

K: Har roh toh office mein formal hi pehn kar
jaata hun but Aaj toh office nahi jaa raha hun....toh formals pehnun ya regular kapde....kya karun kabhi esse kisi ke saath bahar bhi toh nahi gaya na jo mujhe koi idea ho....humesha bas office se ghar aur ghar se office.

Suddenly he sees a white suit

K(to himself): Arrey....Naira ne ek baar bataya tha ki yeh uska favourite colour hai.....toh kyun na main yehi pehan lun.....

He also gets ready wearing the suit.

After sometime, Kartik after getting ready leaves for Naira's house to pick her up but not before messaging her that he has left and will reach in 25-30 mins. He reaches outside her house and sees Naira waiting for him near the door of her house. He quickly gets out of the car waves at her and gets mesmerised seeing her.....she was looking gorgeous, dressed in a blue knee length sleeveless dress, open hair, minimal makeup and ofcourse a million dollar smile.

Only one word could escape his mouth, "WOW", he said while his gaze was fixed at Naira.

Naira blushed hearing the comment.

K: I mean u r looking really pretty.

N(blushing): Thanks

She looks at Kartik's attire and even she gets mesmerised seeing him dressed in a white checked suit, hair gelled back...looking all handsome.

N(smiling): Vaise Aaj Mendak bhi Prince lag raha hai.

K(blushing): Thanks

Then before Naira could open the car's door for herself, Kartik opened the door for her like a true gentleman and made her sit comfortably while Naira smiled at his gesture. Then he goes to the other side and sits in the car and starts driving...

In car,

N: Vaise hum jaa kahan rahe hain?

K: Sabse pehle toh khaana khaenge...yahan par ek bohot achha restaurant hai....wahan chalte hain aur kuch acha sa khate hain kyunki maine toh kuch nahi khaya aur mujhe bohot bhuk lag rahi hai....tumhe?

N: Haan....bhook toh mujhe bhi bohot lag rahi hai.

K: Theek hai phir khaana khane ke baad hum film dekhne chalenge...ok?

N(excited): Yessss....lekin konsi film?

K: Dekho mujhe toh films ke baare mein zyada pata nahi hai....toh tum hi decide kar lo jab tak hum khana khate hain....

N: ok

Soon they reached the restaurant and took a table for two....Kartik pulled the chair and made Naira sit there and then he also grabbed his seat....then he ordered some Chinese food as he remembered that Naira once told him that she loves Chinese.....Naira was constantly smiling seeing how Kartik was taking care of her and making her feel special.....she felt really good spending her time with him and wanted that this day never ends and she keeps on enjoying his company. While Kartik was feeling quite same he was more than happy to be with Naira....his love....even he wanted that this day should never end and that they keep on enjoying each other's company forever. After ordering their food, they had some chit chat about  some random topics while Kartik, being the majnu he is, was more interested in admiring her beauty and cute antics instead of the discussion. After some time, their order came and they started eating the food.

After finishing the food they left for the cinema to see a film. It was a comedy film and during the whole film, Naira was engrossed in the scenes and was watching the film with full concentration, on the other hand, Kartik was also fully engrossed but not in the movie but in seeing Naira.....all through the movie he was busy admiring her smile and laughter. He felt blessed to see her laughing and her smile made him smile too.

After seeing the film, they went to a park and sat there taking some fresh air and enjoying the beautiful weather along with a beautiful company that they both were enjoying. Now, they were heading towards Naira's home.

In car,

K: Toh aaj maza aaya ya nahi...

N: yeh bhi koi puchne ki baat hai of course, mujhe  bohot maza aaya...

K smiles

N: Vaise tumhe film kaisi lagi mujhe toh bohot achchi lagi...

K(to himself): Film dekhi kisne......main toh saara time bas tumhe hi dekh raha tha.....

N: huh?!?

K: Ummm......Haan....bohot achchi thi....mujhe bhi bohot achchi lagi.....

Suddenly Naira seeing something through the car window and shouts....

N: Kartikkkk.......stop the car.....

Kartik stops the car listening to her scream and gets worried.....

K(worried): Kya hua Naira?....aese achanak se kyun chillai....kuch hua kya? Batao na....kya hua ekdam se?
