Part 21

Next day,

Kartik is seen sleeping suddenly Naira comes there dressed in a yellow saree and wet hair, looking extremely gorgeous....she comes near Kartik and starts waking him up.

N: Kartik wake up... Kartik....Kar..

Suddenly Kartik pulls her towards him and she falls over him, he tucks the hair strands coming on her face to get a clear view of it and starts staring at her loving....he then starts bringing his face closer to hers....his nose touches her nose and.......and.......suddenly the alarm clock starts ringing........so it was a dream.

Kartik wakes up irritated and complaints...

K: Kya yaar!!! Itna achcha sapna tha lekin yeh alarm ne saara kaam hi kharaab kar diya....stupid alarm clock....huh!!!!!

He then turns off the alarm clock frustratingly and remembers something that brought a 440 volt smile on his face...

K(excited): Aaj toh main Naira ko propose karunga....wohooo!!! (He starts talking with Naira's photo) Aaj ka din bohot special hai Naira...dekhna aaj main tumhe kitna bada surprise dunga, tum bas ready rehna...ok!!

Kartik takes a day off from work to arrange everything for his proposal....he then calls Naira and tells her to get ready as he has a surprise for her and that he will pick her up in the evening.

Evening,

Naira is seen getting ready, she wore a beautiful blue gown (Kartik's favourite colour u see😉😁), matching sandals, her hair neatly tied in a bun, smokey eye and a red lip completed her look....she was looking breathtaking.

Suddenly her phone beeps as she gets a message from Kartik....' be ready I'll reach there in 10 to 15 mins '. A smile spreads on her face as she reads the message and she starts waiting for him eagerly.

After sometime, Kartik reaches there and comes out of his car only to get mesmerised by his lady love, who was waiting for him outside her house, he starts moving towards her while he was completely lost in her. He stands infront of her and utters ' Beautiful ❤️ ' while staring at her....Naira blushes under his constant gaze.

Naira then looks at him and says with a smile ' u too are looking very handsome'. Kartik was wearing a black tuxedo, his hair gelled back properly and ofcourse a vast smile on his face after seeing his Naira.... Kartik smiled at her and offered his hand to her and she gladly held his hand, he then took her to his car, opened the car door for her and makes her sit in the car comfortably, he then blindfolded her and asks her to not open the blindfold until he asks as he wants to surprise her and she agreed. They then started their journey.....

In car,

N(being immpatient): Kartik....hum kahan jaa rahe hain....main yeh blindfold nikal dun kya?

K: Nahi Naira.....kaha na ki surprise hai.....hum bass thodi der mein pohunchne hi wale hain....pls wait na....

N: Kartik tum pichle 20 min se yahi bol rahe ho ki hum pohunchne wale hain....kab pohunchenge hum...mujhse aur wait nahi ho raha hai(cutely)

K: achcha bas 10 min aur phir pakka hata dunga isse.

They reach the place, Kartik came out of the car and helped Naira too to come out, he held her carefully and took her forward and then stopped after sometime....

K: Now u can open ur eyes.

N opens her eyes and sees that it's all dark there....she then turns towards Kartik while speaking: yeh kya yahaan itna andhera kyun hai...kart.....but she stops in her tracks as she does not see Kartik behind her....

N: Kartik.....Kartik.....kahan ho tum?

Suddenly the lights turn on and she gets mesmerised seeing the view infront of her.....

It was an open place beautifully decorated with lights, flowers and candles.....in the centre of the place there was a beautifully decorated table for two while a soft romantic music was playing in the background....she was looking at all the decorations when all of a sudden rose petals started falling on her...she looked upwards while smiling, opened her arms and started twirling and enjoying it.....while Kartik was staring her lovingly and admiring her antics....

She stopped when she heard Kartik calling her.....she turned and saw Kartik sitting on his knees infront of her.

K: Naira I wanted to tell this to u from a really long time.....actually from the time I saw u, I felt a different connection with u, I never felt this feeling before.....ur smile always made me smile, ur tears ur sorrows stab my heart, I feel like I can do anything for that one smile of urs, before meeting u my work was always my first priority, I never ever had any priority other than it, I never believed that I'll fall in love but then u came in my life and changed everything.....u became my first priority, u made me fall for for u and now I can't hide it anymore....I LOVE U NAIRA.....I LOVE U....I JUST LOVE U.....Do u love me Naira....

He forwarded his hand towards her....

Naira stood there shocked, she was having tears of happiness in her eyes, she was extremely happy after hearing his confession but all of it was so sudden for her that she got startled and stood there just staring at him with those happy tears in her eyes......

When Kartik did not get any response from her, his eyes welled up thinking that maybe she doesn't love him so he got up and turned to go with a heavy heart but to his shock she hugged him tightly from behind.....

N(while hugging him tightly): I LOVE U TOO KARTIK!!! I LOVE U SOO MUCH....

Kartik couldn't belive his ears he tuned towards her and asked her

K: Kya kaha tumne....zara dobara kahna maine shayad....sunna nahi

N: I LOVE U MENDHAK.....I LOVE U.(she said with  tears of happiness in her eyes and a wide smile on her lips)

After hearing this, even he had happy tears in his eyes, right now he was the happiest person on earth after getting his love and he pulled her into a bone crushing hug to which even she reciprocated back happily.

He broke the hug and kissed on her forehead.

K: Naira I am so happy...I am so happy Naira!!!

He picked her up and started twirling her....they both were smiling and enjoying the moment.
He then put her down.

K: par agar tum bhi mujhse pyaar karti thi toh jab maine poocha tab kyun nahi kaha...haan? (He asked cutely)

N(with a cute pout): Arrey......ab tumne itni achanak se mujhse puch liya toh main kya karti....mujhe thodi na pata tha ki tum mujhe aaj prupose karne wale ho....

He chuckled at her reply and then asked her for a dance while forwarding his hand to her..... They both danced romantically and after that went towards the table arranged for them, Kartik had already ordered the food so the waiter came there and served them the dishes....it was all Naira's favourite food...they started feeding each other lovingly and spent a really pleasant time admiring each other's company....

Later Kartik dropped Naira to her house and he too went to his house and they both slept thinking about each other.
