Part 37

Kartik and Naira tell at their respective homes about their love confession and everyone becomes super happy, knowing that their love is much stronger than anything else.

One day,

Kartik and Naira are out for lunch, Naira came to his office and then they went to a restaurant that was near Kartik's office.

They sat opposite to each other. Kartik sensed that Naira was disturbed over something.

K: Naira!

She didn't reply

He again called her but he got no response, until he shook her.

K(concerned): Naira I was calling u but u were not responding, where we're u lost??

N: No, no, it's... nothing.

K sighed and held her hand to comfort her...

K: Naira u know na, u can share anything with me. You seem disturbed, not only today but I am noticing it from the past few days.... Pls tell me what's bothering u?

He said this with so much affection that she couldn't hold it back and started telling it to him....

N: Kartik u remember the day I proposed u?

K: of course, I do!!

N: That day at night, I saw a weird dream... A girl and a boy talking and laughing together, then I saw the decorations that I did for u along with the same boy and girl, then I saw that the girl was driving a car and it crashed with another car, then the boy dragged her out of the burning car. The faces of the boy and girl were not clear. That day I ignored the dream but then it started coming every day.

Kartik was shocked, he was sure that she was recalling her past but couldn't tell her as the doctor told that she should avoid stress.

He hugged her tightly to calm her down and assured her that everything will be fine.

Kartik is sitting in the doctor's cabin, waiting eagerly for him after he dropped Naira home. He wanted to discuss about Naira's dream with the doctor.

The doctor entered the cabin only to see a worried Kartik sitting there.

D: Mr. Kartik, u here.....anything important?

K: yes doctor! Actually doctor, Naira is getting flashes of her past in her dreams, and she is getting quite tensed about the same. I just wanted to ask u, are there chances that she recalls everything??

He asked with a lot of hope.

D: As u said she's getting flashes of the past incidents, there are chances that she recalls everything soon, also I have checked her reports and her recovery rate seems quite good. Just make sure that she is not taking any stress regarding these dreams. Ok?

K(happily): ok doctor!! Thank u so much!!!

Kartik immediately rushed towards home to give this good news to everyone that Naira may regain her memory soon.

Everyone except Naira, is waiting for Kartik in SS as he called them there. They all were eagerly waiting for him when suddenly they heard the sound of the car indicating that Kartik was there.

He came inside running with a smile playing on his lips.

A: What happened Kartik, why u called everyone saying that u need to tell something important?

K: I have a good news for u all!!!

Everyone : what?!?

K: I met Naira's doctor today....

He then narrated them everything that happened today from Naira telling about her weird dreams and Kartik's conversation with Naira's doctor.

Everyone's happiness was beyond any bounds after knowing this.....

Naira POV

I was sitting in my room, trying to sleep as I was having a headache, maybe cuz I took a lot of stress about those dreams. I was lying on my bed with my eyes closed when I heard some sounds from downstairs.... Wait! Is it Kartik's voice? If he's here why didn't he meet me?..... Let me go and check if he's really there.

I was heading towards all of them, both the families were sitting together but I couldn't hear what they were talking about. I was descending the stairs when suddenly, my head started paining even more, in no time it started spinning, I was holding my head, my view was getting blurry, I stumbled and all I could hear was Kartik shouting my name before I fell down the stairs hitting my head hard.
