Part 25

Leap of a few days,

Kaira are engaged now and soon will be married to each other...

One day,

Naira is sleeping peacefully in her bed, when suddenly the ringing of her phone disturbed her peaceful slumber and she woke up irritated..... But soon her irritation was replaced by a smile when she saw the caller ID.....it was her frog Prince......her Mendhak....she was happy but decided to tease him....

On call,

N(fake irritation): Hello!

K: Hi! Itne gusse mein kyun ho subha subha.....

N: toh aur kya karun, itni subha subha utha diya tumne mujhe......

K: Kya subha subha, 10 baj chuke hain madam aur mein toh office bhi pohunch gaya hun....

N: toh kya!! Mujhe thodi na office jana hai.....

K laughs

N: tum has rahe ho mere upar, haan?

K: not at all sherni.... Meri itni himmat...

N: phone kyun kiya batao jaldi!!!

K: woh tumhare liye ek surprise tha par tum to so rahi ho na.....main baad mein bata dunga....ok? Bye!

N: Nahi nahi!

N murmurs: mera plan mujh par hi back fire ho gaya....

N: tum batao nah!

K: nahi nahi! Tum so jao....main baad mein bata dunga...

N: Aarey yaar.... Sorry na mendhak....main mazak kar rahi thi....pls bata do na....

K giggles a little....

K: achcha thik hai....abb tum itni request kar rahi ho toh main bata hi deta hun.....ajj shaam ko xyz park mein milna mujhe....kyun mat puchna ab....surprise hai....

N: bata do na plssss

K: no....bye!!!

N: huh!!!...... Goodbye!!!

She cuts the call....

K: Goodbye kyun?......pagal ladki!!!.....

He then again engages himself in his work.....

Evening,

Naira is getting ready to go to the place where Kartik had called her......

She wore a red dress with open hair and neutral makeup, looking all breath taking and gorgeous....

On the other hand,

Kartik came back from his office early so as to get ready and do the arrangements for Naira's surprise....... He was too excited to surprise her today as it had been long that they did not spend some quality time with each other........

K(while getting ready): oh yes! Yes! Yes! Aaj main aur Naira finally akele kuch time spend ker paenge warna toh har koi hamare beech mein kabab mein haddi banne aa jata hai.....huh!! Par aaj koi nahi hoga....sirf main aur meri sherni honge.....

He quickly gets ready in black suite and a red tie, looking all handsome and dashing like a true gentleman......

He then rushes to the place to check all the preparations before Naira reaches there.....

K: Haan!! Yeh sahi hai..... Naira ki entry par yeh phool uss par girenge aur aur phir usse yeh hamari pictures wala frame with 'Kaira' written on it as a gift dunga aur...... Oh no!!! Yeh kya hai....aap log kesi decoration kar rahe hain(he sees the people not doing the decor propely) ruko, main batata hun, aise karna hai.....(he instructs them how to do it after keeping the frame at a side)

He then gets busy in some other work and after sometime comes back to take the frame but......

He saw he frame was lying on the ground(someone threw it by mistake), the frame with all their favourite memories and what he wanted to gift her was broken..... He was really sad but another unknown feeling had captured his heart which he couldn't understand......
