"Kacchan!"

At the familiar nickname, Katsuki's head whips around. An unrecognisable person, who he could only assume is a villain, approaches him and Todoroki-- who is dealing with another villain that has blades for teeth.

"Who the fuck are you?" Katsuki snarls, scowling at the use of his precious nickname.

"Kacchan, it's me," The villain takes off his mask, revealing four diamond-shaped freckles on each of his cheeks.

Sceptical, Katsuki narrows his eyes, scanning the villain for any red flags. Seeing none, his shoulders slump in relief. "Izu. Why the hell are you wearing that?"

Izuku smiles shyly, fidgeting with his fingers. "This is my villain outfit…"

"You know, the whole you being a villain thing," Katsuki's eyes focus on the other villain that Todoroki is holding off. He doesn't notice how Izuku subtly bites his lip anxiously. "I've decided that I don't mind."

Izuku blinks, staring at Katsuki in shocked disbelief. "Pardon?"

Katsuki smiles, not the usual manic grin, but a genuine smile of sweetness. It makes Izuku blush, lips pressing together. "I don't care that you're a villain. The fact is that you're still you."

"Kacchan…" Izuku sighs in relief, glad that his boyfriend has no hard feelings.

Placing a hand on Izuku's shoulder, Katsuki leans in closer and kisses him on the cheek. "I love you, Izuku. Nothing can change th–"

"Bakugou! A helping hand would be appreciated!" Todoroki yells, no actual anger in his voice; just plain, old monotone.

"DON'T FUCKING TELL ME WHAT TO DO, DISCOUNT CANDYCANE!" Katsuki yells back, his grip on Izuku's shoulder mildly tightening.

"Todoroki! Stand back, I can handle this!"

At the familiar voice, Todoroki complies, distancing himself from the villain. He jumps towards Katsuki, landing beside him.

Izuku's eyes glow, then the villain's Quirk stops working entirely. From Katsuki's side, he grunts. "Damn, he's obstinate." Lifting his hand, Izuku brings a knife to the villain's throat. He turns to Katsuki and Todoroki. "Um… I recommend shielding your eyes."

Once Katsuki and Todoroki shut their eyes, Izuku returns his gaze to the other villain. In one swift movement, his head drops onto the grass.

"Holy shit. What did you do?" Katsuki moves his hands from his eyes and turns to Izuku, blinking owlishly.

"I used my telekinesis to force his teeth from extending," Izuku shrugs, a little tired from the precise use of his Quirk. "It works on certain Quirks. But I can't redirect Todoroki's fire or prevent your explosions." He points to Todoroki, who looks rightfully confused, to Katsuki, then to the dead villain. "Then I killed him."

"Shit. Kinda hot," Katsuki mumbles under his breath, impressed, and hopes Todoroki doesn't hear him. Izuku chuckles, putting his mask back on his face.

"How sweet, Kacchan," in the corner of his eye, Izuku sees Todoroki's face light up in recognition.

"…Midor–"

A large explosion startles the three of them, making them turn towards the source to find a familiar beast.

"Dark Shadow??" Izuku gasps, raising his eyebrows in surprise and confusion.

Suddenly, Shoji runs out from the trees, panicked and panting. One of his extra limbs are bleeding and he looks pretty messed up. "A villain attacked us and Dark Shadow panicked! Tokoyami can't control him! Bakugou, Todoroki, you guys–" he pauses when he spots a new, yet somewhat familiar, face. "Who are you?"
