Early chapter, because I feel bad for delaying the last one.

Before the final exam

"Their next attack will be held during the first years' hero courses' training camp," a voice informed through the speaker, low and intimidating. 

"Targeting kids once again, how annoying of them," Izuku grumbled, a scowl on his face as he took a sip from his cup of coffee. 

"That's what I thought. Though, they seem to disagree." The voice chuckled. 

"No matter," Izuku grinned. "Continue to spy on the League, I am interested in what their plans may contain. Do not get caught, am I clear?" 

"As crystal, sir."

"May final exam #10 commence!" A voice in the intercom announced, being recognised as Present Mic. 

Inhumanly twisting his body, Izuku dodged All Might's consecutive attacks. Loud blasts of explosions echoed in the city as Katsuki hurled himself towards the pro hero. Just as All Might was about to counter the attack, the explosive teen twisted in a way similar to Izuku, flying above and sending an explosion to the back of the pro hero's head. The impact of the harsh blow caused All Might to falter, albeit slightly and only for a moment. 

Finding an opportunity, Izuku grabbed Katsuki's wrist and sprinted towards an alleyway. Swivelling around in the complicated alleys, they eventually paused to take steadying deep breaths. Izuku's heart pounded against his ribcage, loud and obnoxious. 

"Kacchan, did you get injured?" The greenette turned to look at his partner, noticing the slight tremble of his hands. He reverted his scythe to its original state of a metal cylinder, pocketing it for emergency use. 

"I'm fine, don't worry about me," Katsuki replied, exhaling a shaky breath of pure anxiety. He tucked his hands into the pockets of his pants. "We should get going, it won't be long before he finds us." 

Izuku remained silent for a moment, examining his boyfriend for any injuries he should take note of. Finding none, he nodded with a satisfied smile. 

They would escape together; Izuku could not be more sure. They would never abandon each other just for the sake of one of them passing some hero exam. 

"You shouldn't neglect your duties, young heroes!" A booming voice interrupted the greenette's flowing thoughts, both boys' heads snapping in its direction. All Might flew towards them at incredible speed, nearly apprehending them. 

Izuku tackled Katsuki, resulting in both boys toppling to the ground. The two did not waste any time, immediately springing up and darting across the empty street. 

Not even a moment later, All Might appeared before them, aiming a punch. Once again, Izuku unveiled his scythe and held it in front of him and Katsuki. The impact sent him – along with Katsuki – back a few steps. 

With an aggravated growl, Izuku forced his body to withstand fifteen percent of One For All, its power coursing through his veins. Green lightning littered his figure, and he lifted Katsuki – receiving an embarrassed yelp from the blond. He hastened past All Might, shooting across the street in speed almost comparable to the hero's own.
