𝕋he silver haired boy came back hours later when his shift finally ended. normally, he would be tired as hell and just go straight to shower and sleep, but today was not the case. he was more awake than ever, knowing that there was a ghost that would tell him about his past waiting for him at home.

you know, the usual activity on fridays.

when he opened the door and walked to the living room, he sure wasn't expecting his best friends sitting on his couch and jungkook floating on top of them, smiling when he entered. "hello, taehyung!"

"what the fuck is going on in here?" he breathed out, yoongi smiling with his lips sealed, hoseok looking like he would pass out at any minute and jimin standing up when he saw the silver haired boy.

"that's what i was gonna ask you! i know you said that you were willing to get your ass eaten by a ghost, but i didn't imagine you said that literally!"

"i'm gonna eat his what-"

"he appeared out of nowhere! i was eating cookies and he randomly appeared on my kitchen. look at him, though, do you seriously think he'll harm me?"

"no i don't, the guy is so sweet! look at him, he's so cute." jimin said, pointing at jungkook, who just looked at them with a small frown. "what we would like to know is, why the fuck is a ghost your new roommate?"

"i was waiting for taehyung so i can tell you guys the reason." jungkook interrupted, now the four boys looking at him. "and i would appreciate that hoseok stopped staring at me like i'm gonna kill his whole family."

"won't you?" he gulped, holding onto yoongi's arm tighter and pouting slightly.

"of course i won't! i don't even know your family."

"okay, you can talk about murdering hoseok's family later." taehyung was now the one to interrupt the conversation, sitting beside yoongi and pointing at the glass table in front of them. "go over there and tell us your story, please."

jungkook nodded, floating to the glass table and sitting on top of it, the four boys now giving him their full attention. "okay, so, i was living my life normally. i was shopping for groceries because i invited my friends to come over the next day, when an old sweet looking woman accidentally bumped into me and all her groceries ended up on the floor. i, as the good boy i am, was helping her to pick everything up. but suddenly, she grabbed my arm and looked at me directly in the eyes. her eyes turned bright green and red and i suddenly passed out... and the next thing i know, i appear at man's kitchen that was eating cookies and tried to attack me with a pan."

the boys blinked once, twice, thrice.

"i would say it's bullshit, but we're literally talking to a ghost, so everything is possible at this point." yoongi said, crossing his arms and sitting straight on the couch. "so, do you think the woman killed you?"

"i mean, i am a ghost, but... it didn't felt like i died, you know? it just felt like i fell asleep."

"there's something fishy going on." jimin mumbled, yoongi nodding in agreement.

"fishy? he's not a fish, he's a ghost." hoseok frowned, his two boyfriends sighing and patting his head like he was a little puppy. "yeah, that was kind of stupid, my bad."

"it wasn't stupid, it was adorable." jimin reassured, yoongi pinching the red haired cheeks, hoseok laughing at that.

"there's single people in here, you know." taehyung rolled his eyes playfully, now looking back at jungkook. "well, is this the part where we do everything we can in order to find out who that lady was?"

"i hope so, yes."

"oh my god, we can even make our own tv show!" yoongi gasped, hoseok nodding eagerly with a huge smile on his face.

"yeah, but we can do that tomorrow." jimin said, standing up from the couch and stretching his arms. "i think is enough creepy shit for today. let's go home, loves."

hoseok stood up quickly, glad his boyfriend decided to get out of there. "yeah, jiminie is right."

"thank you for coming, even though i'm not sure why you came here in the first place." taehyung waved, the three boys saying their goodbyes and leaving a little bit too eagerly.

"oh, they came here to give you some food jimin's mom cooked." jungkook remembered, watching the door being closed. "i tried staying hidden, but i had a book in my hands."

"it's okay, they were going to find out anyways." he shrugged, standing up from the couch and walking to the kitchen to get some food. "well, it looks like you'll be my new roommate. how about you tell me about yourself?"

"well, my name is jeon jungkook." he started, following taehyung around, turning his body upside down so he was walking on the roof. "i'm twenty-two years old, i live in a small apartment in seoul and i like doing pretty much everything. dancing, singing, drawing, stuff like that. i'm pretty good at everything."

"and you're so humble too." taehyung rolled his eyes, picking up his meal and walking to the dining room, an upside down floating jungkook following after him. "do you have any problems with someone?"

"of course i don't, i literally have like three friends, how am i supposed to have enemies?" he frowned, sitting on top of the table in front of taehyung. "maybe it was a mistake? i really have no idea. i have to find that woman and ask her why the fuck did she do that to me."

"well, i don't work on the weekends. should we go to your apartment block and look around?"

"if it's not a burden..."

"are you kidding me? this is like a thriller movie, of course it isn't a burden." he laughed, jungkook laughing too and nodding.

"well, thank you."

"no problem."

and so they continued talking about themselves for some long minutes, taehyung satisfied with his meal and jungkook almost crying because he missed eating so much.
