𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻.

     "𝕋hese are my friends, yoongi, hoseok and jimin. guys, these are seokjin and namjoon, jungkook's best friends and our new friends." taehyung finally introduced them all, the seven of them officially uniting. "and we are the mystery gang!"

"where's scooby-doo?" namjoon asked, yoongi laughing at his words and ponting at taehyung, which made the silver haired boy roll his eyes.

"let's be like the ghostbusters!" hoseok suggested, jimin nodding in excitement and clapping softly.

"we can't be like the ghostbusters, we literally have a ghost in the team." namjoon reminded, jungkook pouting slightly, making the red haired boy coo and apologize. "you guys saw the stuff the boys found at the basement, right?"

"yeah, it's more than clear that there's a witch behind all of this." yoongi said, his boyfriends nodding in agreement.

"i took the book home and read the first pages." namjoon said, the mentioned book being held by his right hand. "turns out it's written in first person."

"like a diary?" jungkook asked, namjoon nodding and fixing his glasses with his index finger.

"like a witch's diary." he affirmed, placing the book on the glass table in front of the couch. "and it mentions a guy a lot. she names him my soulmate."

"does it mention his name, by any chance?" yoongi asked, sighing lowly when namjoon shook his head. "well, this will be harder that i thought."

"talking about hard stuff, jungkook's parents called us yesterday." seokjin remembered, jungkook widening his eyes. he totally forgot about his parents! "they asked us if we knew where jungkook was, since he wasn't answering their calls."

"and what did you tell them?" jungkook asked worried, seokjin scratching his nape while namjoon chuckled awkwardly.

"we said that you're on a vacation with your boyfriend and had no signal." the older said, jungkook frowning at that poorly made up excuse. "i panicked, i'm sorry! and namjoon didn't know what to say either. they were mad that you didn't tell them before leaving, but they were relieved to know you were okay."

"well, we don't have to worry about them for now." jungkook sighed, sitting beside taehyung, who looked at him with an apologetic smile on his face.

"with a boyfriend, huh?" jimin raised his eyebrows with a playful smile, taehyung rolling his eyes while jungkook smiled too. "is there something going on that we don't know about?"

"we have to find out who that soulmate is." taehyung changed the topic drastically, even though the pink color on his cheeks gave the other boys the message. "maybe he has answers."

"i have to keep reading to see if she mentions his name somewhere." namjoon mumbled, yoongi grabbing the book to look at it with a small frown.

"we'll have to wait until namjoon reads the whole thing to investigate more." yoongi hummed, placing the book on the purple haired boy's lap. "meanwhile, we should talk about how jungkook made jaesung pee his pants."

"you were behind all of it, weren't you?" taehyung frowned, yoongi nodding with an amused smile on his face. "may i know the reason?"

"because jaesung is annoying as fuck, taehyung. jimin and hoseok said that he was the right one for you, but he's annoying and dumb." he ranted, jimin gasping slightly at his boyfriend's words. "plus, jungkook wanted to have some fun."

"and i sure did." he laughed, but cleared his throat when taehyung looked at him with squinted eyes. "but that's not the point. the point is to find out who is behind all of this and ask them to make me a human again."

"we'll find out soon, i promise." namjoon smiled reassuringly.

seokjin was gossiping with jimin and hoseok about taehyung's love life while yoongi and namjoon were reading a few pages of the book, jungkook and taehyung just sitting beside each other while looking at them.

"what are you going to do when you turn into a human again?" taehyung suddenly asked, jungkook looking at him with a small frown. he wasn't expecting that question.

truth is, taehyung has been asking himself that question multiple times. what is jungkook going to do when everything turns back to normal? he had a life of his own, had his own friends and his own business to take care of. the silver haired boy got so used to the younger's company in that short amount of time, it was about time to be left alone once again in that big, lonely house.

meanwhile, jungkook was smiling internally, happy that the older used the word 'when' and not 'if'. he actually believed that they would get to the bottom of this and it gave him hope. "i'm definitely going to kiss you."

"i'm being serious, jungkook." taehyung rolled his eyes, trying to ignore the soft pink color that placed itself on his cheeks without his permission.

"and you think i'm not?" he raised his eyebrows, watching how taehyung looked away from him with his arms crossed. "if you're afraid that i'm going to leave you once i get my body back, i won't. only an idiot would let you go once they found you." he smiled, taehyung smiling too at his words. he always knows what to say to make my belly tingle.

"who would've thought i'd see a ghost flirting with a human." seokjin suddenly said, all the boys looking at them with amused smiles. "that's new."

"hyung." jungkook whined, his flirty attitude quickly banishing away and being replaced with an embarrassed one, making the other boys laugh.

"aw, the little boys caught feelings? how cute." the woman cooed, her right hand caressing her cat's head, who purred happily at her owner's actions. "this will be even more interesting than i thought."

she turned off her cristal ball and smiled, the black feline now looking up at her with wide eyes and meowing.

"it is lovely indeed, hecate. are you up for some fun?" she asked, the cat meowing once again in response. "let's have the same amount of fun my soulmate had playing with my now nonexistent heart, kitty."
