Wake up (part two)

Blue...
Who was calling me?
Blue!
What?
"Blue!" Someone was shaking him awake.
Blue shot up, gasping, looking around in a haze and panic.
"Blue!" Horror gripped his shoulders, making Blue snap his head in his direction.
"There you are, that's right come back, you just had a bad nightmare little guy" Horror watched his expression go from panic to relief to tears watering and spilling down his cheeks.
"Horror" Blue wrapped his arms around us friend and buried his face in the taller ones chest. Horror blinked, confused, Blue did hug him a lot sure but not...
Not like this.
This was a strong hug, like if he let go Horror would disappear.
"P-promise me" Blue spoke, it was muffled but Horror heard him.
"Promise what bud?" Horror got on the bed with him, instead of Blue being leaned over the side of the bed to hug him and the little blue didn't let go. Instead Blue practically crawled on him like a Koala and wrapped himself around horror. Horror seriously was lost but made no effort to take Blue off him.
"Don't leave me..don't die on me" Blues voice cracked.
Then it clicked.
The clinging, the fear in his eyes, the tears
"Oh...oh blue" Horror now wrapped his arms around Blue, pulling him close and resting his head on top of the blueberry's.
"I would never leave you" Horror meant that, he couldn't.
"Promise?"
Now, horror couldn't do that.
He couldn't lie.
"Blue...I can't promise ya something I can't control...but I will promise I will never willingly leave you"
Yeah that wasn't a lie.
Blue clung to him tighter, but he nodded in understanding.
"Now why don't ya tell me what's got you so scared?" Horror asked, pulling him away easily, but only enough to look him in the eye. Blue was hiccuping, tears still running down his cheeks. Whatever he dreamt of really spooked him.
"Y-you...left me...after you saved me...a-and I..." Blue was sobbing, this didn't fit his adorable face at all.
Wait what?
Horror shook his head, before putting a finger under his chin and made him look up at him.
Blue unwillingly made eye contact with Horror, still to fresh from the nightmare.
"Blue...first of all, of course I would save you, you will always be more important than me" Blue was about to argue till Horror covered his mouth with his hand.
"And two...I wouldn't leave you so easily" Horror watched him go from ready to argue to confused.
"I wouldn't give up so easy, not if you didn't want me to" Horror then released Blues mouth.
"First of all! You are just as important as me, we talked about this!" Blue puffed his cheeks out, there's Horrors blue, the positive sprite.
"And secondly" blue leaned his head against horrors chest, he was now suddenly extremely exhausted.
"Thank you for being here when I need you"
Horror looked at the wall as his cheeks got hot, what the hell was wrong with me? Horror thought.
Horror felt Blue move away before gripping his arm.
"W...would you mind sleeping in here with me?...I don't want to be alone" blue looked down shyly, knowing that it was a major request.
Horror blinked, did he...
Oh yeah he did.
"I'll stay"
Blue had Horror wrapped around his little finger and had no clue he did.
Blue looked up at him, giving him a smile before laying back down, patting the space next to him.
Horror awkwardly laid next to him, giving him as much space as possible. He was almost falling off the bed but he didn't wanna over step.
Blue rolled his eyes before motioning him to scoot closer to him.
Horror moved closer, Blue then met him half way on the bed and snuggled right into horror like a kitten.
Horror felt his face warm up again at how clingy Blue was being.
Horror wasn't complaining, he just didn't want to overstep.
Horror slowly wrapped his arms around Blue protectively, Blue buried his face in his chest and yawned.
"Goodnight Horror" Blue mumbled, slowly drifting back to dream land.
Horror watched as Blue's breathing slowed and his grip on him relaxed.
Horror couldn't believe the guy was worried about him.
Like he mattered.
Horror wrapped himself around him in a bear like hug, almost enveloping him in the embrace. Horror would never leave him alone if he could help it.
He promised.
Horror then let himself drift off to sleep, for once he slept peacefully.
Chasing the nightmares away for his blue ray of light.
