Peter's POV
I hug her tightly and whisper in her ear. "Your so beautiful."
Even when she cries she is beautiful. Her green eyes get lighter when they are tear filled...I rub her thick dark hair and kiss her hair as she cries into me.
I can hear her mother coming back into the room. "Honey, I meant to ask you. Who is the hot boy?"
I try not to laugh because I know it's the wrong time to laugh.
My back is still facing her mother. I grin it's quite funny how Riley and her mother both think I'm hot but I don't even know what I look like.
Riley's beautiful face was literally the first face that I remember seeing. Which is odd and inhuman I suppose. I shuffle towards her mother to face her taking Riley with me with her face still I my chest. Her mother has suit cases.
"I'm Peter, Riley's friend." I smile sweetly.
"I'm Mrs. Dawsone."
"Nice to meet you." Her mother smiles.
The first smile I've seen on her. She's beautiful too. Riley must've gotten her looks from her mother. They have the same thick, dark, long, curly/frizzy hair and brown skin tone and height. Her mother has light brown eyes instead of green like her daughter and she also has freckles. She's beautiful.
"I can see where Riley gets her looks from Mrs.Dawsone."
"Aha! Yes we both are quite pretty. You may call me Lorraine. Which is my first name."
She opens a door on the side of the staircase and pulls out a thin jacket. She walks up to me. Riley finally looks up. I can feel the wetness of her tears on my shirt.
"Mom I love you."
"And I love you too dear. " they embrace and Lorraine drags her suitcase up to me "take care of her." She says looking me in my eyes.
Then she leaves.
Lorraine POV
I wish I could tell her the whole truth. I wish I could bring her along. It would be just to dangerous. If the person who texted me is who I think it is, I might not even make it back.
