Sneaking around

It's been 2 weeks. You are halfway done with supplies. The creatures they are still out there you and Marcus have checked every day. You guys still don't know what they are waiting or looking for. But jack it healed and hated being there. In fact he hated it so much he yelled at you yesterday saying "YOU CANT JUST KEEP ME HERE FOREVER IM GONNA BE TEN IN 1 WEEK." And "YOUR NOT MY MOM." Your trying your best though. He still doesn't know about the creatures. So he just stays in his room. But some good news is you and Marcus have grown closer and at first he slept on the floor but you felt bad so you guys share a bed. *A/N not in a sexual way!!!* you guys have your own pillow and have to share a blanket but you guys are fine with it.
*1 day later*
"Like I said your not my mom. Leave me alone." Jack closes the door in your face. "Well just know that when you want dinner it's on the table..." you said in a soft voice. You went back to yours and Marcus' room and sighed while closing the door. "Still mad at you?" Marcus asked in a worried voice. "Yeah" you'd said as a tear slipped out. Marcus walked over to you and wiped the tear while cupping your cheeks. "Hey hey look at me... everything's gonna be fine!" He said trying to comfort you. You smiled at him and said "yeah your right he's just upset and it's understandable..." you hug him and say "thank you Marcus." Marcus hugs you back and says "no need Im happy to be here"
*5 days later*
You are running low on supplies. So you decided to go out at night when everyone's asleep. You know you can do it. You quietly grabbed your knife and duffel bag then left the silent room. Once you were outside the creatures weren't there and the window to the supplies room was opened but you couldn't go in through the front door so you decided this was your best option. You climbed onto the tractor then onto the balcony roof then shuffled over to the window and looking in cautiously. There was a creature in the hallway laying there but it was definitely alive. You looked across the whole room and didn't see anymore but all your shelves were knocked over except for one. Luckily it was the most important one. You crept inside the window and landed quietly on the ground. Then you cautiously grabbed everything you needed (food, water, medicine, ect.) and put it all in your bag. As you were about to leave the creature jolted up and faced toward the room slowly. And you aren't a dumb bitch so as soon as you seen that thing move you climbed out that window fast but quietly. You hopped onto the tractor but your foot hit the wheel right where the horn button was. Causing the tractor to make a loud beep sound. Your body was taken over by fear as you heard the creatures screech and a lot movement in the house. You quickly jumped off the tractor and ran for the silent room when you looked back you saw them jumping out windows and holes on the house while the ones already out violently attacked the tractor. You finally reached the hatch and opened it you took one final look back and saw a creature coming at you from a bout 10 feet away. You hopped in and closed the hatch as quietly as possible while locking it. You were relieved to hear it run over and past the hatch. You exhaled out of relief and saw The second hatch fly open and Marcus popping out with a gun and knife. He looked like he was in a rush. "Marcus..." You said out of breath. His head jolted up and relief filled his face. "Y/n where were you???" He asked instantly. You handed him the bag and shoved past him (not in a rude way but like scooting past him) and climbed down the latter.
