Marcus pulled away from jack and walked toward you with a big smile but he stopped smiling when he saw you were bothered by something. "Hey jack can you go put the supplies away and close the door on your way out please" Marcus said to jack trying to see what was wrong with you. "Uh yeah sure I'll be in my room after if you need me" Jack said. He walked away and Marcus closed the door. Marcus then walked over to you and stood in front of you. "Whats on your mind?"Marcus asked while lifting your chin. You were so close to him but didn't even realize. "It's nothing really" you said enthusiastically with a fake smile. But your fake smile looks real cause you ain't a basic bitch from one of those movies. "Y/n... don't lie to me. You may look all happy right now but I saw you. Somethings bothering you." He said letting go of you chin and moving his hand to your hand.
(A/n Your hands are by your side he's like holding your hand and rubbing it with his thumb ya know one of those cute things) you looked him in the eye and got kind of nervous. "Hey y/n. It's ok you can tell me." He said in a comforting voice. "Ok fine... i just- im gonna miss you..." you said while tears formed in your eyes. "What do you mean" he asked confused. "Well because now that the creatures left our place your going back to your house" you said as tears streamed down your face. "Oh. well who said I was leaving without you?" He said this so calm. "Your gonna take us to your home?" You asked shocked. "No no I can't ask you to do that." You said feeling bad. "Except your not asking me... I'm offering you to come stay with me!" He said as a smile formed on his face. "Are you sure... cause I don't want to be any trouble to your family when it comes to supplies and food and- " you were cut off by Marcus. "Don't worry about it my family won't mind and you would help of course. I mean look at you your amazing when it comes to providing for jack and taking turns doing runs!" He said enthusiastically. His words caused a smile to grow on your face. Then he moved both his hands to your face and wiped your tears. Then those brown eyes were locked in your view again. Those beautiful brown eyes that never left your mind.

*Marcus pov*
I wiped her tears and left my hands on her face. Almost like I was cupping her cheeks but without my palms just my fingers... then I looked at her in the eyes her lovely y/e/c eyes... she looked so perfect all the time. From the first time I met her I fell for her. I admired her eyes the most. And her hair it's always stunning... yes she is beautiful but that's not why I love her... I just found her beautiful at first but when I got to know her for all these months... she is a funny kind person and is hardworking and independent. She doesn't let anyone get in her way. She makes sure to work hard for the people she cares about and risks her life everyday for them. I love her for all that. Her beautiful personality is what made me fall in love.
Then out of nowhere this confidence came over me. I had an urge to just kiss her it feels like the perfect moment. I honestly tried fighting the urge but I can't sit and stare for 5 more minutes. I mean I could... but something about this moment made me wanna kiss her. So I quickly leaned in and kissed her.

*Y/n pov*
You stared into each other's eyes for what felt like seconds but you knew it had been like 6 minutes at least. But he quickly just kissed you. KFBSGTAYUEDBBD. Your heart is racing and ofc you kissed him back. (I AM NOT SEXUALIZING HIM IM JUST TRYING TO HAVE YOU LISTEN TO YOUR THOUGHTS) His lips were surprisingly soft like where is he getting this chapstick?! I mean you had some chapstick but yours is almost gone. Thank his you put some on before this. He kissed you so perfectly it made you question if he thought you were good. But those thoughts flushed away and all your focus was back to the kiss. You both slowly pulled away and you both still had your eyes closed. "Woah..." Marcus said. "Yeah..." You said while opening your eyes. Then Marcus opened his eyes and started blushing. "Was- was that ok? I'm sorry I should have asked." He said fast. "No it was 100% ok! Don't apologize." You said while starting to blush.
"We should pack" you said while smiling. "Yeah and talk more about this later." He said smiling as well.

*after packing*
You guys packed lightly and it was mainly food, and some clothes. You unlocked the hatch and went up the latter. Jack and Marcus were behind you. Once you got up Marcus closed the hatch. Then you walked up the stairs and opened the second hatch and peered around. "All clear" you signed to the others. You guys walked out and Marcus closed the hatch. "Follow me" Marcus signed. You nodded and started walking.
