LINDSAY

Mattew and Rosemary flew in last night. My mom as well, she was mad at first that I got Ellie pregnant but she's extremely happy now. Mom is staying in the guest room and Mattew and Rosemary are staying in a hotel.

Ellie has been obsessing which getting things for the nursery. Which will be the room right next to ours. SHe's been buying this and putting them in the room.

But she won't let me build anything because she wants to paint something special on the wall for this baby.

The baby we are finding out the gender for today.

Casey has been going crazy planning it. Ellie has been getting better with her mood swings. Her bump is getting bigger as well. I can't wait to meet our child.

I and Ellie have been discussing names. Ellie thinks it's a boy and I think it's a girl. We bet on it and everything. Whoever is wrong has to cook dinner. Of course, if Ellie loses I will still help her.

Ellie also has been talking about us getting married. Or at least engaged. That is my plan for tonight. To propose to her tonight.

A week or two ago when we were moving in, I let Cassie take her over. Casey and Rosemary. Mattew paid for her to come in that day. Mattew wants us to like her and to see her as family.

"Look at this one," Casey says pushing her finger against the glass to the display. I and Rosemary walk over. It's a beautiful ring but not enough for Ellie.

I want something that has meaning, sure it symbolizes us choosing to be together forever. But I just want something that means more.

That will be her constant reminder of our love.

Maybe we would just have to go to a different shop. I don't see any rings Ellie would like. "We should probably try a different store," I say to them. The agree. We begin to leave but something catches my eye.

It's a rose gold ring with a rose on the top, A diamond in the center of the rose, little diamonds also go around the band halfway.

"Oh my god, it's beautiful," Rosemary says looking at the ring I am looking at. "Hey buddy, can we see this ring," Rosemary calls out for the clerk.

He walks over and pulls out the ring. It's beautiful. "How much for the ring?" I ask knowing I have to stay within my budget. I don't have a lot of money to work with.

"fifteen hundred," he says and I look at the ring. I was hoping to stay under a thousand.

Casey leans on the glass to see the ring and she gasps at it. Rosemary smiles at me. is this a size seven by any chance?"

The clerk lifts up the box and nods. "yes it is a size seven." he says. I had Casey get the ring size for me.

But fifteen hundred, I only have a thousand on me. It's perfect, literally perfect but the price. I don't know.

"Will you take a thousand," Rosemary asks and the clerk looks at the ring and then me. "Come on, he's planning on proposing in three hours and he doesn't have a ring, cut him some slack."

He groans. "Alright, I can do a thousand," He says and Rosemary smiles brightly. Casey squeals as I go to the register to pay.

He hands me the little bag with the ring in it and we are on our way. That was pure luck that it was in her size.

"She is going to love this," Casey says from the back seat of Ellie's car. She had me take hers so it can be driven more.

I drop Rosemary and Casey off and head back to Ellie.
